Wife and I are from the burbs of Chicago. Needless to say, we know Rosatis pizza. We only went to this location because it has a bar. First time there a few weeks ago. Pizza was great, service was good and the beer was cold. Wife just called me on way home from work and said, let’s get some pizza. No questions where we are going. See ya in a few minutes!

Before I leave a critical review I want to make clear that the staff/service was good and if the food was better, this would be a great place to eat. As it is, I won't be back to sample anything else - I've had enough. My wife and I ordered a couple pep slices and some hot wings.First, the pizza shaped objects that were served to us:If I had sat on a package of Hawaiian rolls for a week and then tried to make pizza out of it... No wait, if I had tossed some crackers in the microwave with a few slivers of cheese, some pepperoni and over-cooked it for 45 minutes, it would have been better than what we had.J.C. on a stick - I have NO IDEA where the good reviews are coming from because this was easily some of the worst pizza I have ever been served. But hey, I suppose some folks enjoy chewing on dry carboard. Now the "hot" wings:The chicken was actually pretty good but there was absolutely no spice (NONE) in the sauce. The sauce wasn't bad mind you but, if you're looking for hot wings?... This isn't it.

Truly disappointed. For about 5-7 years when I was younger, me and my family would go get pizza every Tuesday night and some other nights. I loved the atmosphere, the pictures on the walls that were embedded in my brain, the music I would dance to, the community that were regulars. Rosati’s was truly such a family place. The pizza was AMAZING. The owners basically watched me grow up. Me and my grandfather went for dinner not too long ago, and sadly to say I don’t think we will be returning. The atmosphere; when you walk in is depressing, the pictures now mirrors, the music now repeating rock songs, the service depressing, the pizza… insulting! As we walked in we were told “I’ll be right with you with menus. Timed… 23 minutes and 7 seconds later we were given menus by the “bartender” with a mean mug face. We ordered right away as we always got the same thing for years and loved it. The amount of time to make the pizza and receive it, not bad 12 minutes. Looking at the pizza we were not happy. I would’ve like some PIZZA with the sauce. Crust flakes everywhere. We were then approached by another, women about early 20’s, amazing service on her part. Check ins, and helpful. :)Another than her, was truly a waste of time and memories killed. I know the restaurant is under new ownership as of a while ago, but I haven’t been and wanted to enjoy the restaurant again. Sadly to say I won’t be able to. Please do better, this place used to be a restaurant home!

Went in here on Sunday for just a few drinks and some good food. Although they are understaffed the guy working really tried to accommodate everyone , it's almost impossible to do. I have to say though he was as on top of it as he could be so shout out to him ( HELL YEAH) ! He really was working for his money! They defiantly need some help but he was kind and helpful throughout our whole dining experience! The food was good and so were the drinks, the only thing I am sad about is they don't have the homemade ranch anymore. it's a pre packaged one now which just is disappointing to me. With that said, if you'd like a good happy hour and a chill environment it will do just the trick ! Also, make sure you're in a patient mood as it is a little slow.

So my family found this dine-in Rosati's in Chandler, AZ. Rosati's in IL was never our go-to for pizza. Too many inconsistencies between their many locations. But we had to try this AZ location. And it was AWESOME!The Antipasto Salad with Sweet Italian Dressing was perfect! It was chock-full of fresh veggies & delicious pepperoni and enough for 3 adult diners. Then came the pizza. The Monster Pizza! Hoo boy, that was AMAZING! The cracker crust was perfect. The toppings were evenly distributed & 100% tasty! A 14" was sufficient for, again, 3 hungry adults, with several slices coming home.It is a full table-service restaurant/bar with phenomenal service (thanks, Robert!).Knowing this now, this will probably be our go-to for pizza.

Watch out, place will scam you. Will place a 16" pizza in an 18" box and when you call them out on it, they will say that it shrinks 2" in the oven. Avoid this place at all costs.
