This location is such a hit or miss. Some days they are great, other days not so much. If you go early, they get your order right usually. If you go after 12 PM, they tend to mess up your order. I always order online and pick up. I show up when my order should be ready but they haven’t even started it. When that happens, the drive thru is usually dead and they still mess up the order. When you pay extra for toppings and you receive less than a standard order, you feel ripped off when you pay almost $10 for a salad. Either reading comprehension is lacking or these kids do not really want to work. I was told by the manager that the team gets into the “zone”. Umm, ok? So just because they are in the “zone” that justifies screwing up orders and not having them ready when the order confirmation gives you a pickup time? Embarrassing.

Super unhappy with mobile order experience. Preorder a large order 4 hours before pickup, when I got there it wasn’t ready. They messed up every single order except for one and forgot an item that I had to go back for. Totally unacceptable, I understand being under staffed but if the quality is going to be compromised for paying customers, management needs to figure that out. Disappointed with this location, won’t be back. Salad and go corporate did refund me for my missing item which is appreciated but more should have been done.

If I could do 0 stars I would. The staff here is completely incompetent. Every time I go to this location I have to repeat myself multiple times, and I ask for no tomatoes on my wrap every time. And they put them on. Every. Single. Time. I'm gonna drive out of my way just to avoid this location from now on.

I went here a couple weeks ago and got sick after eating it so haven’t been back since but my fiancé ate it now he is sick. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this location. I love salad n go not sure why this location makes people get sick. Customer service was good though!

Cold burrito and cold “hot” coffee. When I asked for them to fix my coffee I was told the creamer is what makes it cold. My coffee was literally a cold brew at that point. The coffee was clearly old and not hot to begin with. They forgot my salsa as well. I’m writing this now bc the last 3 orders have been messed up.
Is this breakfast wrap here called a breakfast wrap ball? Glad I didn’t order anything else!

Unfortunately I got sick after eating at this location. I've never gotten sick from a Salad and Go before. I was very disappointed. 2 stars because I still appreciate their chain. At other locations the salads are delicious, customizable, and reasonably priced. Please note that service was still courteous here. It may just be a problem with food safety at this location.
