Awesome shop! Always friendly greeting and professional service. Max makes the best coffee as well as everyone else. Management is very attentive to customer service and detail. Very alert which is a good thing.

Bashas' at Chandler Heights and Gilbert Road. Went in today and had to leave the check-out line because the cashier was a religious fanatic Allah Akbarring all the customers. She had a giant JESUS pin on her shirt and was God blessing everyone. It's hard enough to have to put up with Jehovah Witnesses and other overly religious nuts coming to our doors and bothering us. The least we can expect when we go shopping is not to be accosted by religious fanatics courtesy of Bashas' supermarkets. It's enough to make your hurl. This goes against the policies of any store I ever heard of. This is absolutely inappropriate and is no more acceptable than Basha's employees bothering customers with their fanatical political beliefs which I'm sure this lady had too. Eddie Basha would not have liked this at all.

So at the deli I regularly order the Veggie Pesto sandwich....the past few times the avocado has been rock hard, the cucumber came in huge slices that are ridiculous for a sandwich. It's not that hard to make this simple sandwich, the female employees are amazing at it but the males ( Shocker!) can't seem to figure out how to make a sandwich. Be really specific when ordering your sandwich or they are gonna mess it up. Side note: all employees are very sweet and I do enjoy their customer service and will continue to get this sandwich but I just think people should be aware.

I frequently visited this Bashas location until tonight's incident. Here is why I will never shop at Bashas again: I ordered a simple unicorn cake for my daughters birthday. When I showed up to pick it up, the whole cake simply looked like garbage. I had no birthday cake to bring home to my daughter for her birthday. I requested the store manager contact me and no effort was made to correct the situation.
