It’s a clean and quick place for a Starbucks. However, I often get overly bitter drinks, and they seem to taste different every time I go. They are fast and convenient, but I’m going to look elsewhere to spend my $6 a day coffee habit.

This by far the worst Starbucks I’ve been to in Chandler. It’s unfortunate it’s the closest to me. The staff is not customer friendly or service oriented. A few times my order has been “taken” along with the woman who is not a morning person being awful to me bc I didn’t pick my mobile order inside. Really? Ok my bad but I’m putting money in your paychecks buying your product so why the attitude ? I won’t be back

I come here 7 days a week. I order the same thing every time. Tastes different every day depending on who is making it. I'd think they would have to follow required measurements per Starbucks recipes. I order brown sugar shaken expresso and sometimes I can't detect an once of coffee. Its white as a ghost! If I dare bring it to there attention here comes the attitude. For 7 dollars I think I should at least be able to drink it. It's convenient that's why I come to this location but there customer service is nonexistent and I'm not asking or any modifications to the drink. Why does it look and taste different each time and not for the better. Today I tossed it in the garbage that's what made me write a review. Talking to the manager did not help. He just gave me an attitude and I feel like now they make it wrong on purpose. There is no way you can screw it up on a daily basis unless your trying to!

The Barista was so rude. We ordered on the app and waited for our drinks. And my fiancé asked me why his looked different then mine(we got the same drinks, except for a few different ingredients and different sizes) and the Barista heard us and said it's because of the oatmilk milk and said extremely rudely is their a problem. We explained why my fiance was confused on the drink coloring and while we're both confused on why the Frappuccino were so icy. He didn't care. He just gave us a dirty look. These were some of the worse Frappuccinos we've ever had. Just so thick and icy. We could tip the cup upside down and the Frappuccino didn't move. We came in at 2:49pm on September 30th. And the tall young man with dark, kind of messy hair is the one that fixed our drinks. We've been there before and everyone else has been friendly but yesterday may have been our last time there. Totally bad experience

I love going to Starbucks cause they have great drinks! This time I asked for a venti drink and accidently got a grand in a venti cup, so I went in and kindly told them what happened and gave me the drink I ordered but in a venti this time! Awesome customer service I'm very happy and will gladly come back!!!

Waiting for 20 min on NY drink. When I went to ask for a refund the cashier didn't give me one, instead told me my drink was next. I understand they're busy but it's not the customers fault they don't have the employees to provide service in a timely manner. Will not be returning to this location.

I came for the pumpkin!!!! And it did not fail people. today I felt the pumpkin spirit and low and behold it just came out today August 24th. I should have just got the PSL but I got the cold brew with pumpkin foam (I thought it had the syrup) they remade it for me and added the syrup…. Amazing 10/10. The manager in there…incredible. He is so nice and kind and just has that fire energy which is so different in the Starbucks world. I thoroughly enjoyed his team today. They all had orange shirts and pumpkin attire. ??? The lobby only had two people in it but it is so nice in there, absolutely spotless clean as well.
