Just waited in the longest line to still proactively be asked for a tip. Skipped and was given a straw too short for my drink, thanks! Stop asking your customers for tips. My drink also tasted like someone else’s since mine should only be coffee, has lingering hazelnut mixed in.

I love Starbucks! It’s my go to coffee place, but I had the worst Starbucks experience ever here. Both of my drinks were made wrong, and when I asked the baristas to remake them they said, “No, we’re busy.” I had to ask several different baristas several times for my missing food items. They were all irritated that I asked. This was a mobile pick up order. There were only 3 cars in the drive through and no one else in the café. I don’t understand their issues or why they had such horrible attitudes and gave horrible customer service. This ruined our Starbucks experience. We will no longer be coming to this location.

always ask for a warmed banana bread, every time i get it, its cold. This morning i got cold banana bread and i asked for light ice in my latte and instead of a fuller stronger coffee, they drowned it in milk. Now i have a latte with little to no caffeine that is practically white. They never have mobile orders ready in the morning, I was late for work one day because my piece of bread took them ten minutes to get to me, god forbid you ask about your order, they will just be annoyed.

Chloe is extremely arrogant, rude, curt and condescending.. great Starbucks except the experience depends on the customer service and unfortunately Chloe ruined that. She needs to be in a position that does not involve speaking directly with the customers and should learn humility and kindness if wanting to work with the public.

Ordered 2 drinks on my mobile app. Order went in at 5:11 said it would be ready by 5:19. I got there 2 people waiting for their drinks. I sat there for a few minutes , I was worried I ordered from the wrong store so I asked him if he had my name he said yes. I got my drinks at 5:30. I watched him make my drink . He put the cinnamon on the bottom of cup I like extra ice but it wasn’t extra . He put whipped cream in . It looked awful !!! I order this drink all the time . Hoping my daughters drink is ok. I got home and I mixed everything up . But I did say out loud this was the worst drink I’ve ever seen not sure if the guy heard meas I walked out.He was talking on his headphones the whole time I’m sure to the girl in drive thru … so disappointed.

Made my coffees hot today even though I asked for iced...didn't give me a drink carrier for my 3 beverages and I had to go back as the women didn't give me my cake pop I had bought....they were not even busy aside from regular drive thru

I waited 20 minutes just to get our order and they never called the name for the order when it was ready. I had to go to them and ask them where it was and they said oh it's here. They are super slow and rude. I will never come here again! Terrible and it's sad because I do like Starbucks but just not this one.!
