went to order around 9:30 PM, google said it was open till 12 AM i show up to the restaurant and the employees tell me that they are 45 minutes behind on their food, and were not excepting any orders. pretty sure i saw them in the back hitting a wax pen or a vape not doing anything but sitting around.

Walked in and no one was there, had to almost yell across the room to get someones attention. Not to mention that my order from the website where I asked for the Outlaw with extra Baja Chipotle sauce and extra of all toppings but instead it was made as The Monster with no Baja Chipotle sauce but they at least they added all my toppings.

I ordered a BLT on Uber Eats tonight. There was literally almost no lettuce or onion and little bacon as well: I paid $21 so I called the lead to let them know to teach their workers how to make them properly. She answered and handled something else in the background for 2 minutes. I told her the situation and said “if I could show you a picture you wouldn’t pay that much. You should ask your workers to make sandwiches they would eat. She listened but didn’t say anything other than ok. The service is ridiculous and if that’s how the lead handles things this place isn’t going to be in business much longer.

TERRIBLE. The guy that made our sandwiches made my meatball marinara sub first, got sauce all over the place like a toddler, then proceeded to make my daughter's ham sandwich and slathered the marinara sauce he had on his gloves all over it. I guess I should be grateful he was actually wearing gloves? He reached in the meat and cheese bins and got marinara all over those too, so apologies to the people that ordered after us. Then he proceeded to charge me for two sandwiches that were $2+ more expensive than the ones I actually ordered.

Arrived and the outside looked like a run down Taco Bell. After going in it was really nice but a creepy old guy started talking to my friends mom. Lady working on her birthday made my sandwich and loaded that mofo up with pounds of meat. I’m taking off a star because my friends we’re making fun of me while I was here. After eating my meat pile of monstrosity I promptly left for the toilet to blow it up. I held on for dear life but it was really nice in there. Smelt really bad and my bum is sore but that’s cool I guess.Parking: Parked like a teenage girl
The workers are extremely rude and have no respect to anyone that goes through that door I ordered some food and the lady kept rolling her eyes just because we were making her do her job? And then she was looking at me the whole time I was there and I didn’t feel welcome so I didn’t stay for long. Also the lady who served me had a big attitude I also kept saying thank you to the other worker that was in there and he just kept on ignoring me because “they don’t want to work” but it shouldn’t matter. if you work there then you have to have a respectful voice to everyone and do your job right

This is by far without a doubt the WORST Subway eatery within the United States. The employees look like convicted felons who don't know to where gloves or prepare sandwiches. Btw whoever is SUPPOSED to do your ordering should be fired yesterday. Never again
