I like this place, I wish there were more locations. Its not a fancy gourmet burger place by any means but as far as fast food burger places go this is one of the best! Delicious burgers and delicious fries.

*BEWARE OF THIS HABIT* Came here at night an hour before they closed and everyone was in a hurry to get out. So much so that they served us cold fries and NO ONE else was there. That shows you the quality of this place. I never had Habit before and I ever will again!

Great food but it took 25 minutes, they were inderstaffed. Which happens a lot these days. The Manager was great, and worked with the resources she had.

Stay away from this place (I-10 & Ray) !!! AZ health department need to check this place! Me & my son used to go there for awhile, then we stopped because most of the time it was obvious they have started used to use old oil!) then they got better BUT lately most of the time complaint was used oil again and very old fries or very raw meat, not all the time but very often. But last night (5/17/2021 around 7:30 PM) we grabbed Santa Fe burger and onion rings...few hours later my son is throwing up and I feel like throwing up as well. For sure do NOT go there!!! There's a chance you may get lucky (hopefully) but this is NOT place to eat!

Seriously - how difficult is it to prepare a chicken sandwich with no mayonnaise??? Not asking for anything special - just NO MAYO / not extra mayo! It would be nice if you don't burn the onion rings - but I know, that's asking too much! This is the 3rd time you guys get the order wrong in three weeks!!!! Been visiting this location for the past few years (since opening). I'm not sure what is going on, but I'm done! Good luck to you....

Habit Burger just DOWNSIZED their SALADS :( (made them smaller). I know because I picked one up today, and weirdly they scotch-taped the lid to the bottom. And I also had a container from the one I bought yesterday, and it's 1 or 2 ounces smaller. Guess I won't be coming here as much....

The food here is absolutely outstanding. If you want an excellent be burger this is the place. The people there were extremely friendly to.
Wait time was over 10 minute with no other customers inside. Asked for less salt on burger, put on same amount. Cobb salad had no dressing on it and lettuce was wilted. Garage cans were full and inside not very clean. Was at 52nd street and Ray.@4:30 pm 4/22/21. This was my most unpleasant visit to Habit, I usually go to the other location on Mclintock and Guadalupe Rd.

Don't bother using curbside pickup. They don't bring out the food. I had to go in. Really unorganized. And poorly managed. Be warned.
