I recently had the pleasure of visiting West Alley BBQ & Smokehouse and I must say, it seems to become more incredible month over month. The first thing that caught my attention was the fantastic music playing in the background. The live performances added an energetic and lively atmosphere to the restaurant, making it a truly fun dining experience.Speaking of dining, the food at West Alley BBQ is always awesome. The menu offers a wide variety of mouth-watering options, from tender and juicy ribs to flavorful pulled pork sandwiches. Music was obnoxiously loud, the place was filled with smoke that blew in from the back, the service was incredibly slow, the sides were comically tiny, and the food was mediocre for the price.

The food was absolutely fantastic - from the tender, flavorful meats to the mouthwatering sides, every bite was a delight. Not to mention the impeccable service provided by their team, ensuring that everything ran smoothly and all our needs were met. Food was barely warm , we took it home and just ate appetizers ( those were hot). Maybe Saturdays are too busy and our food was moved, very disappointed. The Corona Beers were barely cold, it was our first time there we will try again, and if foods still cold I’ll update review to a 1 star. The brisket was tasty but ribs were totally dry,so we will try a different meat.
Great place for dancing to ole school music. The live bands are a plus!

When for the DJ. The atmosphere was great. Our waitress was Rachel. She is the best. Very personable and attentive as we celebrated a loved ones birthday. Thank you Rachel for letting our 1st time visit be a great one.
I usually don’t leave reviews because I don’t care enough.. but after my last experience , I had to. I’m not sure if the bartenders are racist or if they think all black people look alike ?? But I was just standing with my friend and security came up to us and said “you ran out on your tab so you have to leave” Ive gone a few times before and never had problems so it was uncomfortable having that happen. I will say the security guards were super nice and explained they didn't know what they were talking about but that they were just doing their jobs . So be careful if you’re black , they might think you didn’t pay a tab you never had.

This place is trash and probably the most worse spot in downtown Chandler. Matter of time before it gets shut down. They have three of the worst incompetent female bartenders that knows nothing about customer service, bartending or making drinks. The food is terrible, dry and cold every time. Bathrooms are filthy with bug and found two bugs in my freakin drink! Save yourself time, gas and money and just go elsewhere. No need for management team respond to this cuz they all are liars, lack customer service and also incompetence in their duties.

The food and service was great. I gave it four stars instead of five is for the extra charge to use my card. Really? As expensive as it is there, the restaurant can’t pay its own credit card fees? Having my own small business, I never thought of inconveniencing my customers with my credit card fees.
