This was almost a one star review but Sue saved it. I ordered my food and waited almost my entire lunch break (25 mins) before they realized they forgot about me and had to remake my order or something. I was pretty upset and started to get loud because I was hungry and upset that I couldn’t eat my food at the restaurant. Sue handled it like a pro though. She didn’t get shook or combative that I was raising my voice with her and got me a refund. I immediately felt like a jerk and apologized to her. You all need to take $1/hr away from all the other employees and give it to her, for real.

My first time. Everything was good. Hamburgers are larger (diameter) than other fast food places. I got a green chili burger and it was good. Had right amount of spice. And you can't go wrong with a Dr. Pepper milkshake!

So I don't get how anyone can or would compare Whataburger and In&Out? Not in the same category of fast food they are both good but very different from what you get and cost.... In&Out definitely has them beat on price. But Whataburger definitely has better French fries and ketchup! That ketchup just hits different. The OG just strait up fancy ketchup man. Do you realize I would cut someone if they denied me any of this red liquid stuff in a cup they call fancy ketchup. You just can't understand that I would sell my children for 53 of your magical little plastic cups of pure nectar. Just so you get an idea of what I think of when I think exceptional condiment!
