Ordered 2 bbq pork sandwiches one large and one medium + fries + drink and a pb and j for the kiddo to go. 42 dollars after tip. When we received the order I had to remind them that I ordered the fries, and had not been given any of the extras for the kids meal, no big deal. With the kids drink and chips I was juggling 8 items + a 4 year old, with no bag. Got home to eat the sandwich and was immediately underwhelmed with the experience, take a look at the pics for reference. One pic is how the sandwich is advertised, the other is what was actually provided - pathetic. Save your money and go to a real sandwich shop - there are many better ones out there that actually are worth it!

Nothing to really complain about food wise, I actually thought the toppings and meat were pretty fresh/tasty. My biggest issue was price… it was over $20 for a 10.5” sandwich with chips and a drink.Im not so sure my bread was baked that day. it was pretty firm, but that could just be their style.For anyone new like I was, expect subway but with more generous toppings. Fries with a sandwich is cool…if I could have afforded it ?.

I've tried them twice and they're my new favorite sandwich shop. Price is similar to Subway but the food is way better quality and actually tastes good. Their Cuban sandwich is addicting!

Great sandwiches and service but if you're going to charge $20 for a sandwich please don't put pressure on the customer by asking for a tip. I don't come back to places that do this. If I'm wrong please let me know and I'll remove my review, I just recall there being a tip option, and many of us are getting tired of every place asking for tips, as it puts pressure on the customer to pay more for either better quality or to not feel like our food will be messed with. Not enough businesses appreciate the discomfort this places on most people and it's hard not to imagine many of these places adding tips instead of paying their employees more with the increased prices.Thanks.

Ordering on the digital menu takes too long and didn't even submit the order. Waited forever and then asked staff and they said they didn't have the order at all. Don't go here until they go back to a normal menu.

Not only did he treat me with the utmost courtesy, but he also went above and beyond to ensure I got the best sandwich tailored to my preferences. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set a new standard for excellence. The fact that this place would serve the food they served us tonight is appalling. First of all these have got to be the skimpiest sandwiches of any sandwich shop I have been to. This location was bad 2 years ago and is even worse now. If you don’t have ingredients to make sandwiches that you have on DoorDash or Grub Hub then take them down don’t substitute completely different ingredients and serve them anyway. If you want a sandwich that is basically stale bread one slice of meat one slice of cheese and half of the toppings you select then this the place for you! Who ever owns this franchise needs to reevaluate what it takes to be a business owner.
