Victor is awesome, the food was great. We will be back there is still so much on the menu to try! Heads up though, this place isn't great for a quick meal and run out the door. It is an experience and a wild ride with Victor running the floor. The guy is a blast to hang with and our whole table was left in stitches from the conversations going on. Felt like we were at home having a get together.

A great time had by our party of 5. Better than great, we laughed till we hurt and really enjoyed Victor and the entire atmosphere they have created. Everything was good and the Yak is a must. It is obvious the food is prepared with love and the Chef really cares. Victor will have you in tears laughing with him. It is a fun, happy place that we thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you Victor for making our evening fun and for the exotic food experience. PS, if you go, give yourself plenty of time, we were there for 2 hours and had to go, but could have stayed for another hour enjoying the fun.

Took My Grann here for her 75th birthday. We wanted to try something new and saw the amazing reviews. This was an entire dinner experience. This isn't a place to go if you're in a time crunch or impatient. But the wait is worth it if you have time to burn. We showed up right at opening and Victor and his wife (owners) greeted us at the door. They were very nice and welcoming! We sat down and Victor pulled up a seat (socially distanced away) and chatted with us. Victor has an amazing personality and definitely takes pride in making sure the customer is happy. His wife is the chef and man is she a good one. I've had many j*** chickens in my time... and this is by far the best j*** chicken I've ever had. I'm from out of state and never thought id find the best j*** chicken in Chandler AZ.

Just wanted to update my original review to now include pictures from my second time in! Everything was Amazing and Fresh. Even though it looks like I order a lot of food let me tell you after my wife and I were done we didn't feel full or the "bloat" that normally comes after consuming this much food. I would probably credit the fact that the food is all natural and without any preservatives. Definitely come give this place a try! You won't be disappointed!

This is a unique & pretty awesome place. You can taste the chef's heart & soul in the food, she has a real passion for what she does. Everything I tasted was excellent! Plus the personality of the owners are really awesome. A good time was had by all!

The Yak burger and elk sausage are amazing! Everything we tried was phenomenal but you have to try the yak burger with potatoes and onions.

Prior to the pandemic, my coworkers couldn't decide on a Quarterly event so we decided to do something a little bit outside of the box. Yes, a lot of places offer up game and drinks, but something about supporting a family-owned business in our backyard was more appealing. Our outside-of-the-box selection was a perfect fit not only for us but for anybody looking to just chill and try some real good food. Since then I've made 2 trips back and picked up some elk sausage and more sliders... Probably one of the biggest things that jump out is the fact that this place is a true mom-and-pop restaurant and they take personal pride in everything that they do and serve. If you've ever wanted to try different types of meats that people talk about hunting (but you never get anything from them) this is a nice way to get an introduction to. Make sure that you come in with patience and time and the ability or willingness to play some games as they don't rush food out just to get food out as these types of meats need to be slow-cooked and properly prepared. They have games like Uno, Decks of cards, Connect Four, and plenty more along with a nice selection of Whiskeys and a few great draft beers to help get you comfortable and relaxed. They also have a few couches and table tops that are high that allow you to really get yourself comfortable. Everything on the menu or something that we want to try so we decided to let our host Victor pick a few things and we decided to share amongst each other. I was particularly craving some more elk as I was introduced to it a while back and it met my expectations as I had the Elks Sliders. I also had the Bison Slider which I felt was close to ground beef but was a little bit more fattier but in a good way.

The owners, Victor and Gabby are the most friendliest and charming couple. They put a lot of heart and soul to their offerings. The spices...not just heat but the flavor of the food is fantastic! We love everything they create from wild boar & elk sliders, gator bites, jerked chicken, venison sausage, goat tacos and beans/rice side dish to go with the entrees. I heard their oxtail stew is a must next time. This is a place where you can hangout, have drinks and enjoy the food without being rushed out.

Oh....my....goodness. I just had this place fir the first time. I will 100% be going back! I had the 2 sliders (1 elk & 1 bison) and also the freedom potatoes. Everything was very delicious! The food is worth the price and the wait in my opinion. The customer service is also great. Very friendly family atmosphere.
