Smallest most degenerate tenders I've ever had. Very underwhelming and not worth the price. The batter to the chicken was too floury and dry. Absolutely terrible :(

We ordered several burgers after flying the entire day to get to our condo. Restaurant didn't call us for 45 minutes to tell us that they didn't have what we ordered. Don't trust what they say. They have available online. It's not true. Fuck you dude.

Woo woo burgers were ridiculously juicy and good. They had bacon tomatoes oniins a Secret sauce and fries were delicious and crispy I highly recommend

This place is a "ghost kitchen" inside Z Tejas... so there's no clear sign and finding it is a nightmare (especially in the evenings). There is a small stickers on the Z Tejas window saying it is The Woo Woo pick up spot. But nobody is at the window, so it's confusing. It took me 10minutes to pick up my food because between struggling to find it, calling and no answer, and eventually going into the Z Tejas to ask for help because there was nobody at the pick up window... (oh... and NOBODY was working at Z Tejas and it took forever for a bar tender or waiter to show up on the floor and ask for help)... it was an absurd struggle. By the time we got our food, it was well and truly cold. My kids said then fries were good. But all the other food was average or below average. The service is so awful that we are never going back.

Woo Woo? More like P`oo P`oo!I saw Corey on Fox 10 with this place promoting a free giveaway with a table full of food promising a free burger to the first 200 people. I get there 20 minutes later and guess what? No free giveaway. I'm told to come back later... the story of my life! The manager even told me that Corey was inside eating a burger as we speak! Are you kidding me? Horrible service!RE:I watched the entirety of both news segments, no time was specified. I got there about 10:20. I think the company's reply about says it all. Their kitchen was already serving food to the celebrities, but the little guy means nothing to them. I'm not even worth an apology for the confusion. Terrible!

Against my better judgement, I gave it a try. Save your money and your time. You get a dried up flavorless 1/8th lb. Sysco pattie on a hard thin roll. Fixings stacked on the bottom? This was inedible. There is no customer support and nobody to contact. This endeavor just needs to come to an end. Terrible. Quite possibly the worst hamburger I've ever taken a bite of...

I ordered 3 burgers all appeared to be reheated bun and one side of each burger black. They appear to take no responsibility for their food. Not worth it. Undependable quality Response from Uber, this is 2nd time in 6 mos I have complained about burnt good, I have pics, how can they say I'm over complaining, burnt food is burnt food. I should have to eat it because u get only 1 complaint for burnt food. Not like I'm saying I don't like it I'm saying it was yesterdays reheated till burnt burger .

They should really tell on the website it's inside of Ztejas. They don't answer the phone We spent 30 mins looking for it. By the time we found the 2 parking spaces, which did not have phone number on it, the hamburger could have been the best ever, but the frustration too much. Took the luster off. Not worth doing again

I first heard of WooWoo Burgers yesterday on a local TV morning show. My wife and I decided to go there today and arrived at 11:00 a.m. just as the store open. We placed our order on there online web ordering system which is a bit clunky. I ordered the cheeseburger with all the toppings and all the sauces including the eponymously named woo woo sauce. My wife got the same minus the onions. We also ordered fries which were supposed to come with woo woo sauce. We got our food we got six containers of ketchup mustard mayo but no woo woo sauce. I opened my sandwich up and looed like someone sat on it the bun. It was all wrinkled and flattened. My wife's Burger had onions even though she didn't ask for them. The burger itself was fairly tasty. But based on the appearance in the lack of woo sauce I think they need to work on simply getting orders right before I would be willing to go back. Don't give him a three-star or two star two or threeBy the way, we tried to call the woo woo phone number to notify them we didn't get any woo sauce and they said because they're a virtual restaurant we could go pound virtual sand.

Terrible customer service Burger was just thrown together no flavor at all, you cannot beat 5th Street Burger and fries in Tempe that is the number one Burger spot in Phoenix

Second time having this place and sadly I still wasn't satisfied. Burgers for some reason like to come out cold, and they barely have flavor. Chicken tenders are good, but the portion is meant for a small child and they're as big as a finger.

First off they do not properly describe that the parking for "drive up" pick up is in the Z Tejas parking lot. I had to read the reviews to find this place. The website says to "park in a pick up spot and let them know you're there". I called multiple times with no answer. Had to walk into z tejas and tell the host I was there for Woo Woo Burger and they said it was still being made. Once I got my order which was tenders and fries and a lettuce wrap bacon burger and fries I took it home (7 minute drive). The tenders were cold and smaller than a finger. Both orders of fries were cold. The burger was cold to touch. I understand it was wrapped in lettuce but even the burger patty was cold inside. For the price I would have rather went to The Habit for burgers on the next street. Will not be returning.
