The food was great. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. They made excellent recommendations and we look forward to going there again.

Zoe's was one of my favorite places to go but it seems to be under new management and lacks in customer service. Young cashier does not greet with a smile nor want to be there to help you as the customer. Customer engagement is important and needed to want to come back. Other than that, the food is still good. I will most definitely go back because of the food but not as often as I use to.

I don't even know where to begin. FYI, this is a DoorDash order. Order was placed, picked up, and delivered in 46 minutes (and the driver took 16 minutes to deliver from time of pickup). First meal: Shrimp kabobs Cauliflower rice Grilled potato salad -- Everything was ice cold. No, not, it sat for too long. Like it was pre-prepped, thrown in a fridge, and then thrown in a to-go box. Second meal: Rustic gyro - comes with: Gyro Fire roasted corn Turmeric rice (added side) -- Gyro comes with "gyro" meat (questionable taste--we threw it out) and tzatziki sauce. Where are the veggies, and again, why is it ice cold? The fire roasted corn looked so good. I was like, this is going to have great flavor. Well it's *also* ice cold and bland. We didn't get the turmeric rice, so I'm guessing it's still sitting in the fridge (not like it was going to be warm or have flavor). Kids meal: Grilled cheese Braised white beans -- What kid doesn't like grilled cheese? Well my non picky toddler wanted nothing to do with it. I'm thinking, hmmm that's weird and take a bite since the rest of the order was many negative stars. Are you guys spraying the grilled cheese with chemicals? It literally tastes like chemicals. Braised white beans? Bomb. Only thing that came warm that was supposed to. Appetizer: Avocado smash (mashed avocado, feta on top, and fried n seasoned pita chips to scoop with) -- It's cool if you want to eat brown avocado yourself. But I don't eat it. My spouse didn't mind, until he found a HAIR IN IT. You guys need a weekly food inspection. The worst food I have ever gotten from a restaurant in my 30 years of life. Hospital food has better quality. Can't imagine the number of food poisoning cases that have come from this "restaurant".

I love this food, but this particular kitchen staff is horribly slow and rude. They opened the restaurant with the kitchen staff saying we couldn’t order because they were fulfilling a large catering order. I had to wait over 30 minutes for our food. The gal taking orders was trying to help the kitchen staff in the back, but the gal in the back was saying “just tell them to wait, don’t stress yourself.” I’m not sure if this is a normal delegation of roles and responsibilities, but what happened to succeed as a team? Maybe the kitchen staff could allow the folks that take orders to get back there momentarily and help so you can start taking orders of those in the line in the restaurant sooner? There was no apologies just “it’s going to be 15 minutes wait, is that OK?” If it wasn’t okay was the alternative to just go out the door to eat somewhere else. This food is so delicious we didn't want to do that. Please get this particular restaurant some additional staff, or at least staff with more of a team spirit and concern for customer satisfaction, so we can continue to enjoy Zoe’s.

Careful before placing orders on their website. I placed an order 3/26 without issue on the website. Website showed store was open. Google showed stored was opened. Money processed out of my bank account.Show up to the store to pick up my order. Call about 8 times without answer, doors locked, most lights off. I've been waiting for the transaction to come out of a "pending" state, hoping it would fall off considering I couldn't pick up my order or even speak to anyone about it. No, the restaurant kept my money and I speculate other people trying to receive food experienced the same. Still working to get my money back, finally understanding why the restaurant is failing.

I placed an online order at 5:20pm on 3/12/2022 and received an order confirmation email stating my order would be ready at 5:35pm. I arrived at the store at 5:40pm to find that the doors were locked. I saw an employee sitting at a table, so I tried to grab her attention to explain that I was picking up an order, but she only pointed to a sign showing modified hours and that they had closed at 5pm on a Saturday. I understand that stores are having to close early for staffing shortages, but you shouldn't be allowed to place online orders after the store had closed. At the very least I think I should have received a courtesy call from the store before I made the 8 mile round trip for nothing. I also don't know if the website will charge me for the food I didn't receive as it is pending in bank account.

I’ve been to Zoe’s many times and they have tasty food. Not complaining there- but I really value constructive criticism because I want businesses to thrive. The girl at the front could use some training. The manager let her know my order was ready- after almost 25 minutes of waiting. (The restaurant was pretty empty- more online orders but still) She grabbed it and put it on top of another order. She proceeded to ask the cook and manager questions- the manager kept telling her my order was ready. She then said she was confused about my order- it was just a cauliflower rice bowl. I had to go up to her and tell her that was my order- she still questioned me.The cook in the back asked the manager if she needed cauliflower rice- for a cauliflower rice bowl.I like to give benefit of the doubt- maybe they were new on the job. They did seem short staffed too. But learning to prioritize things like a customers order being ready is important for running a solid business. Props to the manager- I think her name was Taesha- she held her cool and diffused drama between the staff.I am hopeful that they will excel at their job and become all-star employees, because I think the potential is there with a little more guidance.I’ll be honest- my bowl was not what I hoped; I’ve had it before and it was delicious. Very cold, no cucumber or feta cheese. The chicken was fine, but I was starving so I ate it.

We tried Zoes Kitchen last night for dinner at 5:00 PM. We were the only people in the restaurant at that time. We began giving our order and the lady behind the counter told me that they were out of rice. So I asked if they had cauliflower rice. She yells to the back to find out if they had it, which they did so I made the substitution for my order. I also ordered roasted vegetables and the shrimp kabobs. My husband ordered chicken kabobs, beans and potato salad. We sat in the restaurant and our food was brought to us without silverware. So we went to the counter with the drinks to look in the bins that hold the silverware only to find that all of the bins were completely empty. So we had to go back to the counter to ask for silverware. By this time there were four customers waiting to order food. It took a while, but my husband finally came back with take out plastic silverware wrapped in plastic with a napkin because that's all they had. The roasted vegetables were okay by lacked seasoning and there was a huge piece of something burned in my vegetables that I couldn't identify. The cauliflower rice was right out of the refrigerator and was ice cold without any seasoning at all. The shrimp were overcooked slightly burned and tough and again no seasoning. My husband said the same about his chicken. He said the beans were warm but that there was no seasoning and his potato salad had nothing on it at all, and this man never complains about food ever so this was a first. It's important to note that when we walked in, a staff member was leaning on the counter using her phone. Now I wonder why they weren't filling the silverware containers? Not a place I would revisit or recommend.

I went to Zoes Kitchen for a lunch on 1/4/2022. This restaurant claimed that their food is using fresh and natural ingredients (for me it means they offer healthy food). Healthy food is always good. After I placed the order, I was waiting around 15-20 mins to get my food. When I got my order. The sandwich was fully burnt. The bread was completed dark and burnt and I was not able to see this is a bread. I could smell the burnt. I asked the cashier and see if I can exchange to a new order that is not burnt. She said this is normal and I should not change it. She even said that the burnt sandwich tastes better. I explained to her this was not healthy. Burnt food can cause health problems. At my insistence, she agreed to make a new order for me. I was waiting for another 15-20 mins to get my new sandwich. The bread is still kind of burnt this time, but much better than the first time. I did not take the picture for the 1st sandwich. I took a picture of the 2nd sandwich they exchanged to me. The 1st sandwich was 3 to 4 times more burnt than this sandwich. I don’t like the food. They don’t know how to cook.

I cannot begin to fully explain how amazing the staff is here! So kind and helpful. The hummus and pita bread are outstanding. The chocolate cake is to die for and the chocolate chip cookies are amazing. I love this place! I hope they keep this one and don't turn it into a Cavas. This place is the best.

This location is really having problems. I waited 30 minutes for a to go order. In that time, they took orders and did not have the menu items to fulfill orders, they messed up my order completely and I had driven 20 minutes and did not turn around and go back. I paid $20 for a meal and only got 1/2 of it, they have no one to talk to when you call. They had four people who seemed completely incompetent working. It has really gone down hill over the past year. This place was a total mess. It is just sad - I will drive 30 minutes the next time and go to a Zoe's that knows how to run their business.

Anytime I come to Zoe's Kitchen I find something new I love. The food is so fresh and it really does make me feel better after eating it. Love Zoe's kitchen!

We had been buying power grain bowl here for long time and guess what. They have now removed that from the menu and we are very disappointed. That has been the only meal we buy here being vegetarians. Not sure why they removed such a good menu option.

I remember here we had the cabobs - half chicken, half steak. So delicious, filling and wholesome. Looking forward to visiting this place when I will probably order the same :)

Always delicious. Nice shaded seating outdoors and plenty of dine on seating.
