I've lived in the area for 17 years and I never knew this place existed. I always went to casa grands. Thanks to my girl friend I have found a home. I think some country music and a dance floor would top it off.
Special thanks to Gary Denny and the staff for donating the wonderful buffet dinner for the Chino Valley High School Boy's Basketball Banquet. Their tacos and enchiladas are amazing! It is hard to satisfy a large group of teenage boys but they were all so happy to have such a great feast! I have always enjoyed El Carro Norte but they went above and beyond for our community helping with this event!

A little hard to find the place. Service was excellent! Beans were really good, rice just okay. I had green chili chimichanga, would rate about a 4 as it was shredded meat more like machaca and no evidence of green chili at all. Flavor rather bland. Hubby had fish taco looked great but after pushing aside all the lettuce there was only two tiny pieces of fish. Salsa and chips were excellent. Would go back but order something different.
