Wife wanted chili cheese dog and sonic had them on sale 2 for 7 bucks. I ordered 2 and a large fry and 2 medium shakes. When the waitress brought it out I asked if I got the sale price she looked confused. I told they have been on tv sales ads for 7 bucks. She said she would have much chili it, and when she came back she said the manager said it went off sale today and she couldn't change the price. I went home and we ate them. Food was horrible my chicken nuggets were dry and over cooked, they didn't put cheese on our cheeseburgers, they forgot to give ranch dressing with our pickled fries (which is advised to come with) the over all experience was absolutely horrible!

Ordered ahead through the app. Was told upon check in that they were unable to make the shakes because the machine was broken. No big deal, just asked for a refund. Employee said they couldnt refund and that she could get their manager to come explain it to me and that they were unable to process the delivery.
