My Chocolate Brownie Crunch Sonic Blast was completely missing the brownie chunks. Only chocolate sprinkles were on top, with plain vanilla ice cream, and nothing mixed in.

Tonight I went to sonic drive in and placed my order, about 40 min later I ask if my food was coming , the manager got rude and showed a little racism I was paid for when I placed my order from the start. It's was not busy because I was the only one in the parking lot. Poor customer service, she should not be in management at all. 2/9/2024

I love sonic just not this location. This location is famous for giving you what they give you and then act like it’s your fault they gave you someone else’s order or your fault the employee taking orders enters it wrong. 3 out of 3 times they’ve got my order wrong and wouldn’t even give fresh fries when I had to return for the correct burgers. There’s nothing more frustrating than being talked to like your dumb from a rude fast food employee.

All three of us that ate their wound up with food poisoning and just about every other time we go there we wind up with a hamburger missing or something is always missing I don't recommend it for nobody1 pissed

My ALL American Hit dog was not cooked like it regularly is. The winner was not cooked,grilled or boiled. So it was not the same.The you g lady who took the orders was very sharp on had a great voice , understandable thru the microphone.

I'm out here this afternoon for a service call. Not much of anything around Florence. It was either McDonald's, subway, or here within about 30 minutes of my location. Server was awesome, food was correct and pretty good.Can say with absolute certainty, I'm glad I didn't have to go to McDonald's to take my lunch ?Very expensive However.Same amount of food at wendys is about $16. $34? Asking a bit much in my opinion.Can also get 1 topping pizzas for around $10. ?♂️?♂️
