Had to ask for silverware after our food arrived. Then, only one set brought for two people. Had to flag down anyone that would look our way to get refills on drinks or salsa. Enchilada sauce has a strange flavor to it. Did not eat it. In case your wondering, I eat Mexican food several times a week and have never tasted enchilada sauce this bad. Menudo was loaded with spices that are normally on the side for the customer to add to their taste. Can not recommend this place.

Great lunch spot at the end of a strip mall on Harrison Road, not far from the bike trails. Picked a lunch combo & split it! My Aqua Fresca (large glass $4.50) vs partners Dos XX Amber (16 oz $3.99)-still worth it-whichever you choose! Great service from Santiago today.

While riding bikes through Saguaro National Park, we came upon two park bicycle guides. They recommended this restaurant and gave us directions. We were not disappointed. The food here was very nice. We were only having a light lunch while biking so we shared a combo meal. Ramp, taco and enchilada. It was delicious and more than enough for two people. With all of the Mexican restaurants in Tucson, this would be one to return to.

Pretty good sit down Mexican restaurant off Golf Links with a bar area. Cleanliness/Ambiance-clean-ish...high backed, padded booths and table chairs in mottled pumpkin diamond quilted vinyl. comfortable. Dining area in general has a dingy feel...3 stars. Service-Decent...quick...you have to ask about the specials, other than that, no issues. 4 stars Food...inconsistent. I had a platter that was a LOT of carbs and cheese. The queso birria tacos are excellent, but my go to is the pictured Camarones Culchi...delicious shrimp in a poblano sauce...just expensive...3 stars

Two stars because the servers were really nice. I ordered the albondigas for lunch as I was in the mood. Had a few good ones lately and wanted to give this one a try. Soup came out hot, well presented (see picture). That's where the good ended. The soup was not cooked out. Carrots looked like it was taken from the carrot sticks you'd find with chicken wings. Half cooked as was the celery and squash. No potato. Deal breaker for me. I love potatoes cooked through and flavors blended like it's been stewing for hours. It tasted like tomato broth, no spices or other flavoring. My guess is they have one pot of broth they use as a base for all their soups (pozole, menudo...). No cumin, oregano, GARLIC! I also like this soup with toasted bread but that wasn't an option. Just corn or flour tortillas. Price was reasonable for the portion but all I could stand to eat were the meatballs and rice. Oh well, I gave it a try. With the amount of good stuff in the area it may be some time before I give it another try. Again, staff was nice.

Not bad. I've only had breakfast burritos to this point. My only gripe posting open to close hours a couple of weeks ago, we tried to get food before our game, and they were nowhere to be seen when it was time to open. We waited 15 minutes, and still, nobody was there at the scheduled opening time. ? needless to say, we missed out on breakfast and had to get trash McDonald's

We always do takeout here since they became a restaurant. First mex place we've liked since being stationed here, so glad we got a place in the neighborhood. We've tried most of the mex dishes and never disappointed (for reference we're accustomed to CA Mex food). More ppl need to come to keep them in the neighborhood! If you're dining in, it's a cute spot with lots of open areas, maybe they'll update some features if they stay open.

I tried to place an order to go and the girl answering the phone just kept hanging up on me. I have a very short lunch period and don't have time to go in order and wait around. I can't believe the service if a manager can please reach out, this is such a terrible experience. I was calling at 9 o'clock Wednesday 3/13/24

We took our family here when they were in town visiting. Again, the menu is extensive, but I tried a different dish this time. It was one of the combo platters, with a chili relleno, cheese enchilada, taco, beans, salad, and I could've gotten rice, but chose not to. Everything was tasty and our service was good.
