Called for a delivery and the guy was very nonchalant and vague about the delivery time, even though I was only a half mile away from his location I was told that it would take 25-45 minutes for delivery. Also I have had better Dominos pizza from other locations.

The place is VERY under staffed. Don't blame the workers, they seem stressed out enough. Pizza was made behind schedule. Also no delivery.
Been coming here for years with mostly consistent orders, with a stray bad pizza here and there, but 9/10 times pretty consistently good. That is, for the pizza.Please, make big changes to how you make your cinnamon twists, they are ALWAYS AWFUL from this location, lacking big time in cinnamon with a soupy box. Other locations don't have this issue, yet despite many changes of employees this one has for years now. Very strange issue.

Every single time, you try to deliver to the wrong place and I have to chase you down. Even a description in the delivery instructions doesn’t help. *edit. Tried domino delivery again and the driver went 3 miles past my place, saying it was delivered when it wasn’t. He then tried to say he needed to say it was delivered to help his delivery times. Forgot sauces and pizza was cold. At least I know where not to order from.

Watched employee make my pizza and bread then it was gone . Just like that . Ugh cmon . No offer to compensate at all . At all . Sorry . Wait another 21 minutes already and wait 12 more ? Cmon there was nobody in the store!Gave them another try . Screwed up pizza again . Ordered light sauce and got extra extra sauce . And a whiny excuse from a manager about new staff and new mgrs . That’s no excuse !

I've mostly had good experiences with this location. The only thing that's been wrong so far is this specific pizza. Looks like it got a little burnt but not really an issue since they give you an option for 20% off your next order or a free pizza. (Slice was not already taken out) It's nice that Domino's immediately offers that choice when reporting something wrong. Kaylah is a very friendly driver, I like her! Can't say much for others I've interacted with thus far.
COTTONWOOD ARIZONAMy beef is not about the dining in, but rather about the delivery of my two items. Domino's texted me saying they were 2 minutes away, but yet I got the order 50 minutes later. I paid $51.00 (which is a lot, I think) for one medium 2 topping pizza and a 16 piece Garlic Parmasain wings. The wings had sauce only on 2/3rds of wings, and when I got everything, it was cold. Besides being cold, the pizza was cooked right. My main compliant is texting me that you are almost here, and it is almost an hour later.

Waited close to two hours for a medium pizza and garlic bread. Estimated delivery time was about 40 minutes. Called the store more than several times, but the lady kept lying about stuff and stringing me along. The ordered displayed as completed on the domino's website for over an hour using the tracker tool. Previously the girl who worked there ensured us they wouldn't start baking the items until right before delivery. After close to a two and a half hour wait, we finally got our ice cold pizza, when I called in the lady tried to start lying again. Thanks the the 2 and a half hour old pizza domino's.
