IMPECCABLE! It was an amazing experience for my family and I. Food was absolutely delicious. We got the BYOB (build your own burger) and it was spectacular! It has a buttered brioche bun along with cheese, fries, and toppings of your choosing. A bit of a wait but it was most definitely worth it. The steak frites were seasoned perfectly with garlic salt and herbs making them delightful! Our server was a young man, I believe his name was Luke, He was VERY polite, always checking in on us and understanding our concerns. There is a main restaurant and a pub. In the pub there is complimentary popcorn that you can refill and a pool table. Overall the best experience I could possibly have. Definitely recommended if you are around Downtown Flagstaff.

I came here with a group of friends for dinner and drinks. We sat in the downstairs area, which was much larger compared to the upstairs seating space. The only thing is that you have to order everything at the bar in the downstairs space, but this was fine for us. The food was really good, and we had very quick and friendly service.

Although not a breakfast restaurant, we arrived right at 11:00 and were accommodated with great solutions that satisfied what we needed. Great staff and food.

The server did not bring drinks ordered by the table. After asking for those drinks, she brought us drinks that she claimed were free when in actuality she charged us for the drinks. Very poor service that was slow and the server lied to us.

Whatever you do. Do not go on the restaurant side. The service is so bad we couldn't even get our food. Nadine did not care a bit about her job. Had no knowledge of the menu. I asked about the burger and she said "I don't know. I'm a vegetarian ". Also asked about the soup of the day. She had no knowledge. Ordered two soups. 20 minutes later we asked Another server if we were going to get the soup first as Ordered. She provided this. On another order a salad was supposed to be provided. When asked about it Nadine said "fine, I guess I'll bring a salad. At this point we talked to a manager, paid for drinks and left. Go to the bar area.

Teresa and I shared the Fish and chips, French onion soup, and grilled corn. The French onion soup was one of the best I've had. The top bread was grilled crunchy before being added to the top of the soup and broiled either cheese. That gave it a crunchy chewy texture instead of mushy that comes with most French onion soups. Also loaded with onions. Delicious. The fish was flaky and meaty. The batter was slightly heavy but had a nice crunch to it. cole slaw was a bit over dressed but had a nice refreshing flavor that paired well with the fish. The grilled corn was sweet with a touch of spice. Sydney, our waitress was as sweet as could be and gave us the perfect amount of attention. Overall, a great dining experience. Charley's is found inside the Weatherford Hotel but has a nice outside dining area.

My husband and I stopped in on a Thursday evening and had a lovely time. We had the mac with bacon and the steak frites, and both were delicious! Service was fast and our waiter was great as well. We will definitely be back and bring friends.

Restaurant in an historic hotel in downtown Flagstaff. Navaho Taco was okay. It was a lot of bread. Charleys baked dip was good. Flagstaff dip sandwich was excellent. Posole good and served with Indian bread. There was a wonderful French pino noir on the menu. It wasn't busy, quiet, and intimate. Overall I enjoyed it.Vegetarian options: Salads and the Navaho Taco could be ordered without meat.

My husband and I had dinner here with a friend. We were not impressed. This restaurant is located on the first floor of the Weatherford Hotel. The summer hours posted on the Weatherford Hotel website are Wednesday-Sunday 11 am to 9 pm for the restaurant area and 11 am-11 pm for the main bar. We arrived on a Sunday a few minutes after 5:00 pm and no one was in the first floor Charly's formal dining room. Outside this dining room was a Charly's chalk signboard listing the dinner specials. We saw no customers and no employee to seat us or give us menus. After waiting 6 minutes without seeing anyone, we got tired of standing around the lobby outside Charly's dining room and went into the hotel's bar. The bar has a lot of tables. The bartender handed us menus for Charly's. I ordered a Navajo Taco. It was poor quality compared to the Navajo tacos I have previously eaten at the State Fair in Phoenix or Jitters Lunchbox in Flagstaff. I ordered a beer. Once I said I didn't want another one, the server did not come to our table again for a long time. We eventually somehow ordered the chocolate torte for dessert, and the bar tender delivered it. The torte was decent. When I wanted more water, I had to go up to the bar and ask for water. No server was checking in at our table. The bar is a nicely decorated place. We had a table by the window, and the window was completely open. There was a pretty tree outside. I enjoyed the view. The food and service was average at best. On our way out of the hotel, we saw several couples sitting at white-tableclothed tables in the formal Charly's dining room. They probably got better service than we did. The menu was probably the same. This room is nicely decorated. The restaurant has 5 outdoor tables protected by an overhang. Several days earlier an employee told me the patio was dog friendly and provides dog treats.
