Ok, so I really like the food and service at Chick-fil-a. They are efficient and again food is great! But tonight in FLG at 7:30 pm, it's 20 degrees! How can the Management make all these teens stand outside in freezing temps to take orders. Why? It's completely unnecessary at that time of the night, and quite frankly, pretty abusive to the staff!

Had to wait 15 minutes to recieve an online order. I finally received the order they only gave me the sandwiches, no drinks and no fry's, was given no straws, forks, and the wrong amount of sauces. By far the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to

Ordered a Delux and added Colby jack cheese and bacon, which costs a bit extra. When I got the sandwich, there was no cheese, no bacon, no lettuce. Incredibly disappointed.

Staff are always friendly when I've been here. I mistakenly ordered a salad without specifying grilled chicken and they immediately took it back and got me one with grilled chicken (instead of fried) when I told them I can't eat gluten. I've never had a bad experience here.
