Had chipotle 4 times this week in 4 states, driving from MA to AZ. Same quality everywhere. Similar good staff. Only variation is the amount of black beans. Some places are very stingy on beans.

This is the worst chipotle I've ever been in. The employees seem to hate there job even the manager. Running out of guacamole which makes them more money is Terrible. The place was a complete mess trash overflown,counter tops full of food debris. Employees touching there face and glasses without washing there hands before handling food. Rice was not fully cooked. Manager putting dirty dishes in fridge instead of sink area is unsanitary and fails ecosureRice uncovered next to meat that was recently cut up is non proper.Wish I had pictures but I couldn't be in there anymore. I know what should be done I ran a chipotle before this is not the standard.

We were getting peckish while driving through Flagstaff and decided to stop for a light lunch at Chipotle's. Good decision. Simple, straightforward, clean and fresh lunch. The servers were friendly and efficient. It was our first time at a Chipotle joint so we asked questions and were answered politely and patiently. The food was tasty and hit exactly the right spot. Nice place for a quick tasty meal!!
