It was a cloudy Sunday afternoon, and not much foot traffic in the student Union. Yet as I wander through the Union halls what do I see? Six workers manning this esteemed bagel shop. I meander up to the register and place my order. Only then would the pain truly begin. I sit down and wait for my order to be ready. 5 minutes pass, I check for my order, yet no food was seen. 7 minutes pass, the same thing. Finally TEN minutes pass and I get my order. A bagel with two eggs. Such conditions. Overstaffed and ok at best. Truly an insult to the Einstein name.

Never disappointed at any of their locations!!!!!! Eat at Einsteins all over Utah and wherever I see them. Killer food and service at all of them, it's a must breakfast.

The orders always right and it tastes good but it always takes 30 minutes doesn’t matter if there are 2 workers or 5 they crank out a bagel once every 10 minutes or so honestly baffling
This is on a college campus. So do not go there during normal dining hours, such as noon for lunch. The lines will be very long if u do. However, the food is worth the wait. Try the Albuquerque Turkey bagel sandwich, it's so damn good. I have mine in the 6 cheese bagel, cream cheese, turkey, bacon, tomato and lettuce, cheddar cheese and then they also put some chopped peppercini's on it and it's the perfect amount of spicy.

employees have no urgency. literally 0. I can't imagine how stressed they must be with all of the students. but they again- will take their sweet time to put cream cheese on a bagel.
