Evans is immaculately run by a fantastic dude. Justin hooked me up with the shrimp, which were meaty and delicious, while my husband had the beautifully juicy and deliciously battered cod. The chips were perfect, salty and crispy! Evans is the only food spot in the area open late (3 am!), so it's a must.
I vowed never to come back to Flagstaff ( for work) but I might have to comeback for this place specifically it's a little pricey I understand why.... Well worth it I wish I spent the 10$ for a piece of fish. Dragon sauce is good for people who like pirates fish and chips. Imagine that but a 5 star master chef made it glad I was talked into getting it after it was closed the day I tried going

These fish and chips are the best fish and chips I have ever had!! Their soups are also delicious! The owner Justin is such a great guy and a super experienced chef. It was honestly an honor to eat here, definitely going to be back soon!!
