Evolve Eats has a leg up not only on other meal prep services, but even on my favorite local restaurants. The portioning and the quality takes a large degree of stress out of my weekly choices in an oversaturated and perverse food market. Brian is a good friend, but is also a very sharp PT. For nearly 5 years after a shoulder surgery, my motor patterns were never quite right. After working with him remotely for a few months, my motor patterns have shown major improvement. Besides that, he's helped me manage some other issues so that I've had irritation and pain less frequently than I've had in years, and am still getting a lot out of my time in the gym.
I strongly recommend Brian - he is a student of the body as a complete system, and has an intuitive understanding of the interplay between activity and that system.
