Location: Flagstaff, AZBy far the worst restaurant/brewery experience I’ve ever had. Our server took 15 minutes to greet us, and only said “what do you want”. Ordered drinks and food right away, I got the Southwest Shrimp Caesar and the other 2 people in my party got the Ribs. Food came out quickly, however the server knocked over one of our beers while setting down food, he offered no apology or to grab us another beer. The server just walked away without asking if we needed anything or bring silverware. My salad did not have shrimp on it, after having to go up to the bar multiple times to ask for things because we were not getting good table service, I did not end up getting shrimp for my salad because “they were out” By the end of our meal the server had given up saying that everything after that point would be free and that they comped our drinks because we “probably didn’t get good service” from him. And I still paid $20 for a plain caesar salad??? As a server myself, I’m typically very lax about the service that I receive at restaurants, but this was disgusting. I could’ve gotten better service at the Arby’s across the parking lot.

We ate here for lunch after an Antelope Canyon tour. The chef’s Mac and cheese was amazing! We also had the wedge salad with steak, which was also very good! We sat at the bar on a log stool. Mitch was great with providing food and drink suggestions. We spent bit on drinks to take home, which we were able to taste before we purchased.

This was by far the best experience I’ve had at a restaurant. Joe was the man in serving and helping myself and other customers, he was the realest guy in the room. Octavius made some of the best food I’ve ever had, the Bistro Steak Sandwich was perfectly hand-crafted by Octavius, when you get this man in the kitchen he’s gonna make you some amazing food. To top it all off, Kyan was the man in serving my food with utmost care, delivery, and service. Kyan is such a great guy and makes some of the best food at Grand Canyon Brewing Company along side Octavius.Thank you for the wonderful experience Joe, Octavius, and Kyan.

Very tasty burgers made to order! My gluten-free bun was dry and crumbly. Could have been buttered and toasted to help hold up to the burger and fixings. The restaurant had cool decorations with a dog friendly patio and kid friendly game area in the rear. Too bad the kids were unsupervised on the pool tables.

Soooo. Reviews were mixed but I was staying at a hotel right by it. First the bar stools, I don't understand at all. They aren't flat, super uncomfortable. When coming in I asked what a popular beer was, bartender goes here's the beer list. Didn't order food. It seems a few dollars higher than other restaurants in area, but I didht try any. Bar stools to uncomfortable, service meh, pricing seemed slightly high. Spent extra money on an Uber to try somewhere else

if i could give negative 1000000 stars for the HORRIBLE service i would. food is great, hot chicken sandwich is bomb. beer is great. been here about 5 times. every single time the service has been beyond awful. will not be back to dine in.
I respect a bar that makes their own beer and booze! Prices are reasonable on beers. Had I known apple pie moon shine shots were $12 per, I would have bought the bottle instead for $35... just friendly advice for any serious drinkers that wanna save serious money!

Such unwelcoming service. We felt like we were putting our server out with how cold she was. For part of our visit, we were the only people in there and she still seemed completely bothered by us.

This is only about the service. I wish I could have reviewed the beer and food, but never got served after waiting at my table for 10 minutes. I went to the bar to order, but the bartender told me "just a minute" and went back to talking to what may have been a friend but already served. The positive out of the experience is I went to another local brewery and the service, beer, and food were great! Interestingly, every other brewery in the area had some of the best I ever experienced, but Grand Canyon is near the top when it comes to worse service of anywhere I've visited in my travels. By the way, it appears I'm not the first with this experience.
