Large selection, friendly staff, plenty of seating, and dog friendly. Personally would prefer TV screens off but you can’t have it all! Great spot.

A chill vibe, really. A Modelo drinker so I liked the Verde "Gold Buckle" a blond at 5.2% ABV.Light, but also robust. Not earthy.Shout out to Grant for great service.

Brilliant beer range. Loads of different styles and some really amazing breweries. Barman was really helpful too. The seats out the front were very comfy.

I'm sorry to report that this was one of the most embarrassing (if not THE lost humiliating nights of my life). The night of March 31st or early morning April 1st. I was so excited to be invited by my two daughters for a night on the town, but that abruptly came to an end here at Hops on Birch. I literally had ONE beer before we stopped by here to play games and have another beer before we went home, but the girl behind the bar was rude and uncaring. I asked for a sample of the #8 and she refused me. I couldn't understand why, she said I had been "over served". Which was completely wrong on her part. I understand it's her job but it's also her job to be able and tell the difference between disabled and drunk. I am disabled, slightly hunched over and walk with a limp. She refused me multiple times of an enjoyable evening with my daughters because I was "too wobbly". I am already so self-conscious of my disabilities and it was so embarrassing to have someone who looks to be in perfect physical health degrade me like that in front of my daughter's and in front of the other people who were sitting at the bar. I felt less than good enough to be there. We went home very disappointed and I was deprived of a nice bonding evening with my daughters. I hope that your bartenders are more caring and able to tell the difference between drunk and disabled to avoid any further humiliation and sadness in the future. I've never experienced this before at any other bar. Personally, we will probably never step foot in this bar again. Thank you, have a perfect day.

They told my mom they weren't going to serve her because she was "too wobbly". My mom has a disability. We tried to explain but they refused to listen to us, saying "I don't care." Never ever spend your money here. Discrimination at its finest. Whoever the girl was working the night shift on March 31st (technically April 1st). I hope you get fired. Disgusting. Absolutely disgusting. We will be looking into suing. My mom was humiliated. My dad had a stroke, so I have to worry about bringing him into this establishment too cause he can't walk right either?

Dog friendly and a solid beer selection. What's not to like.

Sweet place. Solid music too. Love that they allow us to bring our dog inside and allow outside food since they don’t sell any.

Loved it here. Last Summer day before the kids poured in and the place was super chill. Workers were friendly and had great vibes. Our pup hung around while we jerked around with darts. Beer was great.
