Edited to add a response to owner: there were 4 tables sat, there should not have been any wait. **I didn’t get a chance to eat the food as I was greeted by a lady telling me that they are extremely short staffed and there was at least a 5-10 minute wait to be sat and there was gaggle of kids running through the restaurant yelling. The restaurant was mostly empty too. That’s a shame.

We were excited to try this place, but when we got there (6:45pm on a Sunday) 75% of the tables and booths were empty and were told it would be a 5 to 10 minute wait for a table. This and the sign saying no accomodations for allergies were red flags to go elsewhere.

I love going here. It is a buffet so keep that in mind. Their selection of protein is pretty nice, they also have a large selection of sauces. It costs around $20 a person so it isn't cheap, but considering the quality and amount, and what fast food is these days it's pretty good.

HuHot was Sooo good!!! we stopped in and we’re so glad we did! you select what ingredients you’d like- a ton of variety to choose; plenty of veggies, meats, seafood, etc and then you select what sauce and they have many recipes you can follow or choose on your own. Then they wok grill it right in front of you, and it had the best Mongolian grill taste, and the flavors were delicious . There was a chef/cook named Sam that was just a delight. He was so nice and had a huge smile the whole time, and grilled/charred our food to perfection. We had seconds and some had thirds. Our whole party really enjoyed our meals and experience here! Highly recommend and we will definitely return when back in FlagstaffDietary restrictions: You choose what ingredients you wantParking: Easy access off main road and easy parkingKid-friendliness: My nephew is 13 and loved his food, he enjoyed being able to create his own dishes and that he was able to select what ingredients he wanted. They only had one guy on the grill and too many people to support so both times going up, that guy was hustling but the meat and noodles were overcooked. Also, the meats weren’t being restocked fast enough for the amount of people in the restaurant.

Food was good. Unfortunately, this restaurant could use a really good cleaning. Mens bathroom sink was clogged and bathrooms were dirty (comparable to gas station bathroom). Counter tops are dirty. Sauce bar and ladles were sticky. Staff was pleasant and keeping up as best they could. However, the manager was just standing around while tables needed cleaning, plates picked up, checks and payments ran.

Horrible experience. Waitress had no clue and was too busy in back eating and texting. Manager on duty was extremely rude and said he didn't care if we ever came back. All because I had a valid coupon that he was not familiar with and said it was a "scam"...which 2 days later the owner admitted, it was not. You want an excellent All You Can Eat Mongolian Grill that is less expensive, includes a drink and a soft-serve ice cream machine?? Go to YC's Mongolian Grill in Scottsdale or Tempe.(Despite what the reply below states, the coupon I presented had NOT expired. Expiration was Feb 9, 2024. And the review left stating HuHot was closed, was NOT due to snow. Poor service and false excuses. Go elsewhere.)

First I have to say that YC's Mongolian grill and Genghis grill are ten time better then this grill. Their bowl sizes and quality of the food is a lot better then this grill, the noodles were really dry and it was hard to even tell what type of sauce you were getting. On top of that the dishes were not cleaned well at all. The wife and I will definitely not return and I do not recommend wasting your time and money here.

This Mongolian BBQ joint serves up some lackluster service. We had to double-check if we could dine in and order one to go. Surprisingly, the waiter dragged his feet on handing us a to-go box, insisting it was impossible. Despite the almost-empty joint, the staff, except the guy behind the stove, seemed totally unbothered. No rice was offered either. Just not the vibe you'd get at other spots of the same kind. Ps At the entrance, we were asked, 'How many people?' Our response was 'Two here and one to go

Maybe it was just an off night for this place, but the food was not very good when we went in last night. The rice was old and overall the quality of the ingredients wasn't very high. Also, I think they raised their prices which takes it out of the "worth it" category. Probably won't go back again.
