We got here at 9:20 the cashier Cris was so rude about making sure we knew they were closing soon. 40 mins from then. And then he wouldn’t let my child or myself use the restroom. How rude for customer service thumbs down as an employee he don’t belong in customer

As a traveler, this is my first time trying Jack in the Box and it is pretty good. The build-your-own-cravings box has good-sized portions at a good price and it tasted pretty decent. The restaurant is very clean and organized and the fast food dining experience was excellent. Jack in the Box is one of my favourite fast food chains now!

Apparently they refuse to allow service dogs in their establishment. Not acceptable in my book. Perhaps new management and policy changes need to take affect. Very shameful?

We regularly stop in flagstaff for the night any time we make a trip out to the California coast. Jack in the Box for breakfast. (Lol hey, it's my cheat meal!) Staff was very cool and quick. The fries tend to be lukewarm at nearly every jack in the box I've ever been to, but besides that, the food was great. If you're in Flagstaff and need a quickish meal where you don't have to get out of your car, this is the place. But if you need gas, DONT fill up in Flagstaff - it's horrendously overpriced by nearly $1/gal compared to the surrounding areas.

My favorite item on the menu are the BIG fat egg rolls! I eat them with ranch and the sweet/sour sauce. Just try it;) the mini tacos are also delicious & crunchy! The iced coffees are pretty good too. Shout out to JULLYAN! I always hope she’s there when I come thru! She makes sure all the details are exactly what I ordered and is a genuine patient sweetheart. When I first talked to her, I assumed she was the manager!Vegetarian options: The taco meat isn’t really meat. The egg rolls have pork in it, I think? Double check me on that.
