A female worker today while making my Jamba was just conversing with her coworker and took 30 minutes to make a small mango apart from that she dropped it sideways on the counter and we made eye contact and she decided to scoop it up and put some of it in the cup laughing and still looking and me and she literally looked disgusted at the leftover juice that spilled on her hand and fling her slovenly hand everywhere. Then proceeded to hand me a Jamba that was half spilled on the counter!!! Terrible service The Jamba took forever and was spilled and she thought it was funny. I mean what can you expect from student workers but that was beyond disgusting and I did not catch her name but she had brown hair and gold earrings and she was white Caucasian female in her late teens. I had never been to Jamba and that was so disgraceful get better employees please NAU. I will also suggest a few of my friend give a 1 star review since they also were there as witness and I found this review site and that girl was too much felt racially motivated because she was laughing about it.

Good place but not actually in the place shown on google maps. It's closer to Turnip the greens and Einstein bros bagles.

Jamba juice is always great, never disappoints with similar standards to Starbucks but in the smoothie realm.

I've been drinking Jamba Juice for 15+ years and the kids that they hire at this campus location DO NOT know how to make a Jamba Juice. I refuse to go back to this location and deal with a bunch of college kids. If anyone from corporate reads this, then you guys need to consider building a Jamba Juice elsewhere off campus. I'm sure people like myself and many others agree that we shouldn't have to pay for parking on campus to get a Jamba Juice. The students are also super chatty and don't pay attention to doing their actual job let alone acknowledging customers. It took over 30 minutes to have them make my husband and I's smoothie and they weren't even that great. They missed ingredients. We both know the taste of our smoothies because it's the same ones we get everytime for 15 years. Not happy at all with this location. Quite frankly Jamba Juice has lost and long time loyal customer because of this location.

This on campus Jamba Juice needs some work. As someone who worked at one of the busiest Jamba Juice stores in LA county, I know it's possible to move at a quicker pace and not leave customers waiting over 10 minutes for a drink. A man named Thomas who's tag says he is a floor supervisor took my order and in the middle of it started talking to someone in line and did not give me a receipt. In general the staff on this shift seem very distracted and more interested in their private conversations than completing orders in a timely manner. This is not the first time I've come to this location and waited over 10 minutes for one smoothie, I think some training refreshers needs to take place; especially for a location this busy. Update: it's been 20 minutes now and I asked one of the staff members about my drink and they said the tag did not print for it. And are now making it. I'm sorry but this is unacceptable.

Incredibly slow service, staff is always chatting instead of paying attention to their actual job.

Won't stop talking on the job, rather laugh then blend drinks.
