Hate to leave a bad review but we had such a frustrating experience. We were in town on 2/8. We were looking for food delivery, but there was a snowstorm so some local businesses had closed. The ones we tried said closed on Google OR they had it mentioned In their phone voice-mail message or website etc. This company closed at 3 but didn't think to leave any notifications for customers to know that. I placed an order online throught their Google page delivery option which went through something called "chow now" apparently (never heard of it). It just said noramally delivers in 45 mins (I'd attach a screenshot if i could). ...didn't say until AFTER I placed ordered that it would deliver the next day by 11:45??? Ok... so the only option it gave for help was the pizza place phone number.. which there was no one answering so we couldn't cancel it. We got pizza delivery from somewhere else and figured we'd call the next day. Tried calling the next morning and still no answer. So we have no updates until pizza is at our door at 11:45 am by an uber driver?... which we don't want and tried to cancel. The business plays dumb and says to call postmates or uber eats... which I didn't even use. They didn't know anything about chow now?? I don't even have a chow now account and the charge was directly from lumberjacks who is unwilling to help and declining a refund even though we refused the food and sent it back.If they don't know how their online food delivery works then that's probably why they also didn't know how to change their hours on Google or update their voice-mail like other businesses had done.

Waited 1 hrs 20 min....they forgot our order! It really wasn't worth the wait! Unfortunately the pizza crust is hard & the texture is more like crackers than crust!

Visiting from Florida. First time here and Jack was amazing at customer service and the pizza was absolutely amazing!! Thank you Jack for a wonderful first time experience here. I will definitely come back.
Lumberjack Pizza is a locally owned restaurant that offers a wide selection of pizza, wings, and craft beers. I visited the restaurant with my family and we had a great time. The food was delicious and the staff was excellent. I had the pizza with artichokes, idk what the actual name was but its really good. The pizza crust was crispy and full of flavor.

Thin crust which the red sauce is superb with fresh herbs. Pizza is greasy delicious…. Place can entertain larger parties with their tables… Service was great and very friendly. Delivered the pies with smiles and announcing them as they delivered. Parking is a slight challenge unless your in the area for something else but still reasonable.
