I was here in April 2024 and had the Huevos Benedictos. Very good—nice hollandaise and just enough green chiles to make it interesting. I ate every bite. Knocking off one star for the coffee (a latte), which was undrinkable due to its charred flavor—and I’m no coffee snob. The decor and atmosphere are great!

Interesting atmosphere. Small parking lot.I I asked the waitress if the menu item was spicy. She replied, no it's mild.When the plate came out it was pretty spicy. I like spice and I am accustomed to it. My wife on the other hand has a very low tolerance. Unfortunately, the food could not be eaten because of its spice level. It was a busy night and the waitress wasn't able to get to us until we were ready to leave. I showed her the uneaten dish and she said, she should have mentioned that the dish had more spice than she thought. Unfortunately, no refund or any other type of accommodation was offered. Not the best experience but maybe it was just an off night for the waitress. Interesting atmosphere but be sure to know what you're getting before you order.

Outstanding restaurant in the heart of Flagstaff, specializing in Mexican-American comfort food. The staff is incredible! Everything is house made, from the red and green sauce, to the green chili, to the posole to the cocktails! Highly recommend the delicious carne asada plate with a cheese enchilada, try it with both green and red sauce. The house-made flawed is not to be missed!

I'm not sure if this is considered a Mexican restaurant or not... I made a question to the young waitress about the rice and she responds that the Mexican rice is the same as every rice and it's Spanish rice, so this is for you girl...One of the main differences between these two rice dishes is that Mexican rice is fluffier and tends not to stick together, while Spanish Rice is known for that rich yellow color, Mexican Rice is best known for its reddish orange hue that it gets from being cooked with cumin.The food was not bad , taste good, but there's no difference in taste from one dish to the other, is just spicy and everything tasted the same. No traditional chips , small portions, drink refills took forever, “You get what you pay for.” but this is not the case, prices are too high for what they offer. There are more legit Mexican restaurants around.

I ordered the Burrito one day and the French toast in the picture the next morning. The burrito was great by itself but I strongly recommend putting the sauce that they bring you on it because the sauce is amazing! The service was also amazing and to me that is VERY important. I was constantly asked if I needed a refill or if I needed anything and that is something I appreciate. The food portions are huge so you will for sure get full and get your money's worth.
