Food and service was HORRIBLE! How can you mess up pancakes...they did. Undercooked eggs. Waitress was a box of rocks. Wish I could give only a partial star for having the lights on, because everyone else in there didn't.

Food was good. Service was not good. Waitresses were nice, but I was brought corn when I ordered green beans. I wanted a refill, but the Waitresses never came back to me. Not once. I didn't even get a check. I wanted to leave, so I went up to the register and waited. Also, I could see and hear one of the waitresses complaining about another coworker who was not there. Why is this happening in front of customers? I wonder if that other waitress would have brought me greenbeans and a refill.

We've had breakfast here twice and lunch once. Every meal I've had has been delicious! The cinnamon roll French toast meal is my favorite. Highly

The coffee was pretty terrible, on par with a Waffle House. The portion sizes are huge tho.

We traveled to Flagstaff from out of state and found Mary's via an internet search for breakfast. There are other reviews for local diners that will say "best breakfast in Flagstaff" those reviews are wrong. Mary's in our humble opinion is the best breakfast in Flagstaff. The omelets are clearly made with love and care and they taste fantastic. The breakfast burrito is the best we tried; great ratio of fillings, lots of cheese, cheese warmed all the way through and, like all good burritos, it can be eaten with your hands. The staff a friendly and go above and beyond for their regular who love the place so much they come in daily. Mary's is wonderful and if you're in Flagstaff you should give it a try!

I bought 2 cheeseburgers, fries, 1 soda, and 2 pieces of cake and the bill was $50. The burgers were unseasoned and so dry that my husband gave his to a stray dog. The strawberry cake was inedible. It was apparent that the waitress took the old stale cake out of the fridge. It was cold and so dry that I spit it out. The fries were good and that's it. What a waste of time and money.

Giving Five Stars due to my Chicken Fried Steak bias. Which is amazing here. Whenever we pass through Flagstaff we eat here. Simple American cooking, lots of gravy and deep frying of foods served in Cowboy-sized portions with some country music in the background. Friendly staff and great service.

DO NOT COME HERE! There is rumor this establishment and the people that congregate here are known as being racist towards the nieghboring native community, and I found out today how true this is. The experience I had today felt like I was in the 1950s. No one is nice and make assumptions with out reason. One of the young pups assumed we weren’t gonna tip because we had paid with a card, I’m old school I’d rather leave a tip in cash, I was waiting around finishing my tea I got up reached for my purse to get the cash tip when this pup hissed at my mother about a tip, not one of the other employees tried to stop her from harassing my mother, and let me tell you it unfolded from there. This was our first and last time coming here and will always discourage anyone from coming here.

Food was barely edible. Prices were very high. Took forever to get our food. Avoid this place.

We've been patronizing this restaurant several times a week since we moved here 2 years ago. The hours changed this week from 5:30 to 6:30. The cook doesn't start earlier than 6:30 - we left about 6:35 since she wasn't even there yet.. Actually she should be there half an hour early to warm up the grill and get some items started. So instead , people have to wait for food while she gets started - a real inconvenience. Not only will this business lose patrons but the server is losing money. We may not be in much going forward . The early hours were more compatible with our work hours. I am very disappointed.
