The food was surprisingly great. The service was exceptional. Atmosphere is a bit cold and sterile but a very good experience overall especially for my vegan, gluten free daughter!Vegetarian options: And Vegan, too!

Kiosk system is not intuitive to use, and did not advise that you need to visit the cashier to pay to actually place the order/didn't advise anyone of a pending order (we were from out of town). We were waiting an extra 10min for no reason and no customer reps took notice... Another guest also had an issue, as his order was placed but never made it into the system (he waited over 20min) - very odd tech glitches. Customer service did a good job trying to address the delays, but damage was done. Food was average/typical quality - had to ask the counter for condiments (not accessible by drinks like in Canada).

We ordered thru DT, we specifically ordered and confirmed at the pymt window. When we got our order they short us 2 sandwiches! We told them and they said to wait at number 5 spot. We did- took us 10mins and a lady with name tag Michelle took out a bag-she just drop it inside our truck window and walked away mumbling something. I checked the bag and it was just 1 sandwich . So went back up to DT window since there’s no vehicles and knocked on window- it was Michelle again-told her that was just 1, and we waited 10mins. She then said u need to pay for that! I told what!! We already did and she said we not gonna serve u! I am refusing service and slammed the DT window! Is this how McDonald’s treat their customers!! Employees are getting rude-if your cameras are working look at it!! You will see it! Better yet I should call my lawyer!!

As I sink my teeth into the warm, pillowy goodness of the freshly baked apple pie, joyful tears well up in my eyes. This must be what heaven tastes like. One bite of a McDonald's french fry transports me to a state of nirvana - all earthly worries wash away, leaving only crispy, salty potato perfection.Don't even get me started on the McDonald's soft serve. So creamy. So smooth. So divinely delicious. That swirled soft serve cone is angelic perfection, crafted by some divine force of goodness to bless us mere mortals. I lick it reverently, allowing the sweet cold creaminess to awaken my taste buds.So thank you, McDonald's, for brightening all of our lives. Never stop being the glorious beacon of mouthwatering magic that you are. Five stars does not seem a high enough rating for this temple of fast food genius. My only critique - please open one in my house so I never have to leave! McDonald's forever!
