We have been several times now, each time is the same. They are quick to seat you, but that’s it. The service is simply……. Bad. The last time we were in, I had to ask for refills 3-4 times before they actually did.

Stopped in for my Birthday on April 8. They seated us next to the bathroom, which smelled like a rest stop bathroom. They said the owner had been working on it for MONTHS. Not sure why it takes MONTHS to get it repaired. They moved our seat. Service was terrible. Waited 10 mins to PAY THE BILL? Extremely un-attentive staffParking: parking is free

I visited this location with my wife today while visiting the town. Loved the food. Our server Julian was such a sweetheart. Really clean and spacious restaurant. We will be a return customer.

Had the salmon with shrimp sauce and it delicious! Had a nice conversation with the manager (Greg?) about some good trails to hike and places to visit in the area.

At lunch, 3rd customer in. Not busy at all. Appetizer came out Luke warm at best. Mom ordered a cheese burger. Came out without cheese. They argued that she didn't order cheeseburger but hamburger instead of just making it right. My mom doesn't cause issues, so she just ate it. The steak was fair. It is sad how quality and customer service have gone away in this country. I used to love outback. 20 years ago, we frequented the Scottsdale location so much we had a boomerang on the ceiling with our names on it. This location in Flagstaff does not come close to food quality or customer service.
Nothing on the menu under $30. Walked out.
