Apparently it's newly opened - everything is in very good condition and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful?The portions are quite large and the ratio of vegetables and meat is balanced and not too dry as is often the case in other branches. We were asked which sauces and biscuits were available without being asked.When we couldn't finish it and wanted to take our box with us, an employee came running and brought us a bag. This is exceptional service - hope the team keeps it up.

This is the third time getting food here with bad results. I got orange chicken and mushroom chicken. The Orange chicken was fine but the mushroom chicken had 3 pieces of chicken-1 piece was inedible. The last 2 times I got green beans and chicken. Lots of beans that were bitter and tough-not a lot of chicken.

Went to the newer Panda Express for the first time today. While waiting in line at least 3 of the cooks were making very loud hurling noises like they were throwing up and not all at once. They were doing it to get a rise out of people and thought it was funny which was evident by one of the young men's reactions. After he made the noise and looked up to see who was looking he looked at me. I shook my head to show my annoyance with it. The young man just smiled really big and went about doing his job. This went on for about 10 min while there was a line of waiting people to the door. You could tell the other customers were annoyed and disgusted by it. We finally got our food and went to sit down. There were nothing but dirty tables. I had to clean one myself. Even after things had calmed down a bit no one came to clean any tables. I couldn't eat my food after that. My husband was almost done and a young lady walked around the tables etc picking up trash and the like but still didn't clean the tables. I'm not sure we're ever coming here again! My appetite was lost when the cooks were the ones making noises for 10 minutes that they were throwing up and the cleanliness is obviously not important. Gross!

My pick time was for 3:08 and I didn’t get my food until 3:30. I watched family of 8 and 6 more customers get served before I got my food.Also heard employees mocking customers saying,” give me my bowl” 4 times in a row.As awkward as it was I got my food and left.I never liked the drive through either.. unprofessional.

We stop by the Panda when we're driving through Flagstaff. We've always had good experiences. The food has been great and the service very good. Employees are efficient and friendly. The place is also very clean, which I love. (One downside for us is no changing table, but I know that doesn't impact everyone!)

We order catering twice in the past month from Panda and it was worthwhile both times. We ordered the meal for 12-15 and had it for a birthday party and it was perfect, plus the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Then we ordered for 22 through Ezcater and had the food the delivered. It came right on time and the food was fresh as if we were eating in the restaurant. My only complaint was that somehow Panda didn't allow for tipping on EZcater (according to EZCater) so that was a bit of a hassle but otherwise we definitely would recommend this location.

The food that was available to serve looked old and non appetizing. I waited until noon when I finally received my order. The line was even longer, and knowing that the lunch rush was coming, this location was not prepared to meet the customer satisfaction Panda Express publicly expresses. When I asked the manager for a free Watermelon Mango, she responded she could only offer soda. They are not paying for these items, and should strive to meet customer satisfaction.
