So I ordered the papa's stuffed crust and the instructions said to cook 32 to 40 minutes and I cooked it 27 minutes and when it came out the crust was too hard to eat. When I called and talked to them the first person transfered me to a manager who really didn't give a hoot about anything by the tone of her voice although she said it was fine that I get a new one I will probably never go there again,I don't want a new one and she seriously needs lessons on customer service because the way she talked down to me and minimized the entire thing and made me feel like it was my fault it didn't cook right she does not need to be in a management position with her attitude..

Food was done early and even after driving it 1.5 hrs home, baked a day later turned out great!
Very good pizza. Would have given them a five except for the fact that they weigh the cheese before putting it on the pizza but a lot of that cheese is left on the scale.

It's a great experience every time I walk in to pick up an online order. Every single time, I'm greeted by very friendly employees and they like to double check that everything I ordered is there. I appreciate their kindness. The only downside is that sometimes they don't put enough on the pizzas I order, but they still taste great. Very happy customer!

Worst place ever. Didn't even tell me that I was grabbing the wrong pizza off the rack. Got home. Found out it was the wrong pizza and told me that I came in aggressively. What ridiculous place do not go there. Gave them a 20 percent tip. I'm completely regretting that

This pizza ? ? ? is fantastic....It is great every time I place my order ...at least 4 a month ...The cheeses ? of 2 different types is really good.. TOPPINGS ARE weighed ... SO the consistency is remarkable. Once you cook one in your oven. The next one is going to cook the same. this is mushroom ? & Black olive. With extra black olives.. the very first time I've ever done that. Oh you can bet I'll be back....ps I must add it rewarms great in the microwave

They only have thin crust for their larger two pizzas. Why not for the medium one ? Otherwise the toppings are very fresh. The guys working the counter are always very helpful.
