$10.99 All You Can Eat buffet!!! Amazing value, great freshly baked pizza (you can ask for your favorite flavor), salads, breadstiicks and desserts. It's the best lunch spot in Flag and I come here every week! YUM

I placed a pick up order yesterday which was estimated to be ready at 11:55am so I walk in and go stand at the pick up counter and while several different employees just stared at me it wasn’t until 10 minutes went by that I had to call someone from the kitchen and ask if I could pick up my order, I was then told I had to wait in line which by then had accumulated 6 more customers just in the time that I stood at the pick up counter. I say okay and 12:25pm rolls around and my food has been sitting under a heat lamp since 11:55am. At this point I’m frustrated, once I got up to the cashier I asked why I wasn’t able to pick up my pick up order in the pick up line, the cashier scoffed and said that they were busy meanwhile there were several employees goofing around in the kitchen the entire time I was in line. The cashier smirked at me and said “well I’m here” and before I could say anything else the big bad manager named CARRIE decided to step in front of me and have a nasty attitude and down played my horrible experience and before I knew she was the manager I asked to speak to the MOD and she said she was the manager and I told her I would like her bosses number she laughed, rolled her eyes and said she would get it for me which she never did. I’m not one to complain and am typically understanding when it comes to working in this industry because I did for years, It could’ve been as easy as putting a closed sign on the pick up counter, but instead I got dealt with the worst customer service I have ever experienced and left the store feeling attacked, unheard and unvalued as a customer. To make matters worse I got home and all of our food (70$ worth) was less than warm, the salad I paid for was not there as well as the extra sides of ranch I was charged for. Overall my family loved this establishment, love the atmosphere, the food and games but just from that experience yesterday I will no longer be giving this place my business.

Our first stop at a Sonic....likely our last stop at a Sonic.....stale fries that were barely, just barely warm..not salted at all and no salt in the bag either. The burger patty was cooked previously as it too was just barely warm, barely. The toppings were fresh but the rest of it made it very hohum. Diet pop was fine, but get this..........get this!!!THERE ARE NO WASHROOMS!!!!! None!!! My wife had to go the GAS STATION next door to this food outlet. the gas station has a sign, that reads 'the washroom is not for Sonic customers'....how humiliating... WHO BUILDS A BUSINESS MODEL ON THAT PLAN? See ya never....

I grew up eating PPP so I was excited to find one in Flagstaff. After our second visit, we probably won't be back though. Both times the pizza was undercooked, which leads to poorly melted cheese. That's the picture posted. It was gloopy and gummy, without the textural contrast of a crispier crust. Just feels lazy. Plus, a personal pizza and a medium came to more than $30. Sheesh!
Small place. It felt very crowded. Almost all the games were not in service. Dirty tables. Had to ask if someone can come over and clean them.

More than half the games were out of service, the ones that did worked...barely worked. The games will still take your money, working or not. We didn't even stick around to eat.

Food was ok, the kids enjoyed it. Fryer was down so pizza was pretty much the only option. Kinda crowded but a great little place to take the kids to eat pizza and play.
