Zero Stars on service especially to the older lady who is rude especially about kids. Not a good place to eat with family, I’m guessingKid-friendliness: The older lady who is probably the hostess I hear is rude and not kid friendly, just because she thinks they are messy and loud. What kind of restaurant pushes away customers due to that? I looked at reviews about this lady and I see she’s very rude.

I hear the host was rude towards children eating there, saying there are meat and loud. I wouldn’t not rate the service there because she is not friendly.Kid-friendliness: I don’t think they are kid friendly, my family was there yesterday evening and almost turned away because of my two grand kids, I heard the hostess was rude about having the kids there saying they don’t like messy and loud kids. Who is she to say that to customers! I called the next day to see if I can speak with the owners and she told me they do not come to the restaurant.

Not even open and the employee was very rude telling us we are not open.

It was snowing today. My husband (out-of-town tourists) and I went to this restaurant and stood at the door waiting for a table for about 3 minutes (there were about six empty tables in the restaurant at that time). The waiter forced us to sit next to the door ( It was snowing and the temperature was low, and the seats next to the door were not good). Even though there were three empty tables near the cashier (the other three were near the door), the gentleman asked the waiter if he could seat us away from the door, but the waiter refused. Later, we were waiting to order food. We waited for almost 7 minutes for the waiter to come to order. At this time, another group of guests arrived and asked if they could sit far away from the door, but the waiter also refused! At this time we ordered two bowls of P4 rice noodles and asked the waiter to boil the bean sprouts for us, but she refused. While waiting for the meal, 3 groups of customers came in and were waiting to be seated, but they couldn't greet them. They asked them to come back later to dine (basically not picking up customers). After the other two groups of customers entered the restaurant, they were taken to a table near the cashier. Seating (?), when our pho was brought to the table and there were no cutlery, we needed to remind her. At this time, it seems that the boss lady saw a menu lying flat on our table (their menu is placed next to the condiment area on the table), so she came around to our seat and put the menu back in the condiment area (?) The bill was brought directly to us halfway through the meal, and we were never asked whether the meal was suitable or not. By the end of our meal, this strange restaurant had rejected more than 7 groups of customers (today is Sunday, we arrived at the restaurant at about 5:40pm, and their business hours are until 8pm.) They could no longer bear any more business and refused to accept them. After more customers, the last group of customers were rejected, the two of them stood at the door trying to find other restaurants, but the landlady loudly refused and told them that they would not accept customers and asked them to leave! ! If I could not give one star, I would, this is a restaurant not worth going to. In addition, the amount on the menu here will be charged extra ($1 will be charged due to the cost increase, so the menu says $13.99, but the bill you receive will be $14.99). After checkout, an additional $1 fee will be charged . I really don’t understand what you mean by collecting? ? ? Please don't waste your time and money at this restaurant.

Zero stars if I could do that! As you can see I hardly ever leave reviews but I was so shocked at how bad this was I just had to say something to hopefully save someone the trouble. Terrible service and the owner lady is extremely rude! Do not eat here!!! This place should be shut down. So many bad reviews I wish I would’ve read them before ever going to this place. I hope the owners realize how bad their business is for customers who just want to have some decent pho but the service is terrible! Saddest part is we were only visiting flagstaff for the weekend and wanted to eat out all together. What a horrible experience!

I ate here over the weekend and I got food poisoning. And that was just a small portion of the horrible experience i had there. Here is it in point form:1. When we walked in the waitress didn’t even greet us despite not being allowed to seat ourselves. Then after 10 minutes of waiting we finally were allowed to sit.2. Then the waitress never asked us if we wanted anything to drink. Not once. We got water after we got our food3. The owners wife stormed out of the kitchen and was muttering loud enough that everyone could hear “all these people better wait a long time because we only have one cook”. Then proceeded to mutter and awkwardly walk around everyone4. Menus had a sticky note saying “due to grocery costs prices will be higher by a dollar”. When we got our bill they were much higher! 3 bowls of pho and a appetizer was 74$. Yeah5. A mom we did not know was asked twice by the waitress if her and her kids were finished. Basically asking them to leave. Her kids were being good and they were all polite. It was so awkward! The mom asked if she did anything wrong and the waitess just glared and said “I asked you twice if you were finished”. I won’t make assumption here as to what went on but the only thing I can think of is racism.6. The food was awful and nothing was available. We were not allowed to order anything but pho. Seriously. We tried and they were like “no we have one cook. You can have this”. I’m not kidding. It went down exactly like this.7. The meat in our pho we ordered was cold/cool despite broth being hot. The Meat seemed cooked through though (I was wrong).8. I got food poisoning after eating here. I was up all night. While reading this you can try and see both sides of this review but I want to stress that I did not I eat anything else or have the flu and I was healthy going in! I Did not eat anything else after.Overall this place should be shutdown. I never write reviews but I felt I needed too. Please avoid this place. Especially if you have a family like I do. I’m just happy the kids barely ate anything or they would have been sick too!

So so bad. The staff acted so inconvenienced by everyone’s presence, told us half the menu wasn’t available, and never even took our drink order. We spent $75 on 3 phos. Never again.

The attitude was extremely bad. From the time we sat down to the time we ordered, we were lectured and scolded all the time. It looked like we were superior whether we liked the food or not. If you love preaching, you might consider going to a studio school.

Broth is delicious as always, bowl size is okay, but the new "service charge" on top of extra $1 per bowl is very disappointing. Also, WHY no fresh basil served with soup anymore? Only bean sprouts, limes and jalapenos? No basil. Disappointing.$40 now, for 2 people.Hate to sound cliche, but I remember when Phô was like $7.95, for a XLarge bowl.

We walked into the store during opening hour and was told the restaurant is closed for no reason. The owner is rude and disrespectful toward the customers. Not recommend and will never come to the store again.

Terrible service, cleanliness and food. Not to mention they add an extra dollar to each item and don't tell you. Worst Pho I've had in a worse atmosphere.

I know there were so many bad reviews or rather mediocre. However, I was craving pho, and when asking locals where to go eat, this restaurant was suggested. The service was alright. The person who showed us to our seats, who served us and cleaned up the table, didn't speak a word to us. She just acknowledged us with a smile. It was quite strange. I ordered the pho special and asked the person who took the order what was in it. Apparently, it's a combination of P11 & P12. Which had all the meat items that I like in my pho. The soup filled me up. The noodles are similar to what I get in a lot of pho items. The soup itself was a bit different. I tried a bit of the pork chop over rice, and it wasn't good. It was so dry, overcooked, and it was so tough to cut up. Overall, I guess they specialize in their pho and not in anything else.
