Good food but they put my wrap on some kind of thin paper that just stuck to the pita. Soo I get home 5 minutes later and its just impossible to get off and pretty much unedible. Recommend using tin foil. I work in kitchens and this is a method we use to wrap sandwiches and such to go.

I used to go here all the time and it was a happening spot very lively.Being said, I went there last night with my wife and kids. Dude behind the counter said something and I was like "what" because I couldn't understand him, he was trying to speak really soft and left me guessing. Im hard of hearing and it wasn't loud inside at alll in customer service soft spoken is horrible. And no eye contact or care about who was ordering very cold not comfortable.I ordered 2 Philly cheese steaks with gluten-free wraps and 3 chicken cheese pitas for my kids. This took some doing as again, I was having trouble understanding the guy and he didn't seem to know what was on the menu or care to actually take my order. I had to ask 3 or 4 times would the wrap be GF, as he wouldn't acknowledge my request or recant my order. We also apparently perturbed him by asking for cups to get water, we did ask 3 times. Perhaps too many times. So service was terrible. We received our order and somehow everything was cold and gross.. like nasty, gooey, soggy. Mind you I did tip the guy, as it's apparently customary to tip prior to receiving horrible service and food.Pita Pit has gone to the dogs, wow just a big let down. For what you pay $70 ish. Being that I had an hour drive ahead of me we ordered to go and yes I had to ask for a to go bag. One should expect so much better spending that much for a snack.Portions are very small not at all like what is advertised in the pictures my guess is 30% accurate not packed in there the advertising is wrong.Go anywhere else like Bashas and get some quality snacks that would be a better investment for your time and money.

The wraps are good but both times we've been here they've been out of one of the main sauces we wanted. They subbed Honey mustard for regular mustard and didn't make a new one when the abundance of mustard tasted terrible. Honey mustard and regular mustard are not the same. Would be an overall 5 star place if we could get the sauces they have listed on their website

They lie about there open hours. Was there at midnight on a Saturday and they are closed. They say on there hours they are open till 2. When they are open then only have one person slaving away who can't keep up with demand.

I ordered a wrap with no sauce and when I got home I found that my wrap had me soaked/drowned in oil.

I tried this spot after finding it on Doordash. I was delivered a wrap instead of a bowl and denied refund or replacement through the delivery service. Pita Pit was more than willing to correct my order, didn't even ask for receipt. Order direct if possible. On two occasions they didn't have rice which was irritating. The Hula Chicken Teriyaki bowl with avocado & banana peppers is crave worthy.Vegetarian options: A wide variety of produce toppings for those who opt out of the chicken or steak dishes.

This place used to be super good especially regarding their euros however they no longer have the rotating rotisserie style beef and lamb skewer that traditionally would be used when making euros.

Ordered online and they managed to mess up all 3 orders by either adding or omitting random ingredients. Tasted fine but for all 3 to have multiple things wrong is just ridiculous.

I live in mesa and have always made it a point to stop at pita pit when I’m in flagstaff. All those good memories were ruined last night. I walk in and the place is a mess( cutting board and grill both dirty with left over food). Another guest walked in and told the young man working that the mess was against health code and recommended I don’t eat there. I gave the man the benefit of doubt decided to order. I witness him toss my pita on top of the dirty cutting board and chicken on top of the grill where old and dried up chicken was sitting. He made no attempt to clean and obviously did not care about his job. I respectfully asked for my money back and will never be walking into that place again.

We are up visiting from southern Arizona and stopped by the area to look around. I am so glad we stopped here. We got the brisket and Greek pitas and they are SO good and flavorful with every bite. It did take a bit for the food as there was one person working, but they were very kind and friendly. I will keep my fingers crossed that a location in gilbert will pop up one day. Until then, we will keep stopping by when we visit up north.
