Made a pit stop here on our drive through Flagstaff. The staff was exceptional, so friendly and on point with our very large order for 7 people in the drive thru. I got the monster burger and fries, it was delicious - definitely recommend, however no one liked any of the hot dogs or the steak sandwich.

I'm never going back there chili was good when Gary was running, now there is a new owner and chili sucks. I read some reviews that had 1 and 2 stars and the owner didn’t say anything to them, but if there are 5 stars he says something to them

They have the rudest young folks working there. Not only do they act entitled and immature they have zero customer service skills. The owner Bill used to distribute beverages to where I work and he would be so disappointed to know this is how his business is being represented. This is the 3rd time they have gotten my order with and if I call they act like you are inconveniencing them. Y'all have to do better.

This was my first visit to the Dog Haus. I was impressed with the prompt, polite and helpful service. My friend and I ordered a hot pastrami sandwich and it was absolutely delicious!

I really miss eating this amazing food (dietary restrictions now). I can always remover how fresh the food is, whether you drive up or walk to the window. The chili cheese dog was my fav! The customer service is always good, as we still go for my family's food cravings. The fries-omg, some of the best in town! I really love how fun it is to walk up to the window and sit down at the table to eat. Reminds me of better times. This location can be tricky if you're in a vehicle just due to the location, but it's also easy to spot from Route 66. I highly recommend you stop here by yourself or with your family to get some delicious hot dogs and fries!

These are not foodie hotdogs. Ultra basic, straight from a can. Pricey for the lack of interest. Jalapaeno cheddar dog tasted like lake water. Unimpressed. Friendly staff and cute vintage, outdoor vibe. Many better options close by.

Not sure I will go back to an old Flagstaff favorite anymore. Have gone for over 30 years. The prices have sky rocketed with the new ownership. The super breakfast burrito was about the size of 2 McDonalds burritos. The hash browns have changed and soaked through 4 napkins with the grease. So long to the old dog haus. Unfortunate

Love the food, sometimes love the service, but there is no ambience as this is primarily a drive-through or walk up spot. Don't let that deter you. The hotdog was of high-quality and had a grilled taste to it as did the burger..kind of reminded me of family picnics. The pictures I posted are of the kids meals which unfortunately were partially consumed before I remembered to take a picture. Do be aware that if you pay with a card, an additional 3.75% is added. And as is true just about everywhere these days this was not inexpensive. I've posted a picture of the bill so you can get a feel for it.

Went at 2:30 and didn't receive the BOGO deal advertised online. Overall the food was okay, my chili dog was smashed as other reviewers have stated.

Boom! The Chicago dog is excellent. That's all I got the 1st time there, always drive by to go skiing so stopped for a snack. Worker said next time try chili dog so that's the plan.
