Got my drink in under two minutes today - AND they extra lime I ordered was worth it - could actually taste it (Diet Coke and lime is my usual and it usually doesn’t taste like someone squeezed the lime or added the extra wedge that I paid for- so todays experience made me happy ?)I’m a regular and have always loved sonic and try to tip every time - today’s team was excellent - friendly and quick ! I hope this location stays on the up and up. Sonic was my first job as a teenager and so I’m always rooting for our local stores to be awesome ? ?

Total disgrace. And NO I am "not" calling the 1-800 number to speak with owner or corporate. It's a waste of time dealing with these pathetic losers at this location as nothing will ever be done about it because the owner allows it . Very disrespectful workers and always screwing up orders and losing orders. A turtle moves faster than they do. Always giving attitude problems No matter how many complaints anyone makes it is useless. Just read all the reviews about this place. It is not coming from just 1 person. Supposedly, a female "manager" took my order who happens to not be available due to shift change after food was delivered a few minutes later. Rude and unprofessional in repeating an order when it was simple enough. Coworkers were also complicit in covering up for that individual. All need more training and service etiquette. Location doesn't even deserve a 1 star.

Delivery-the lady taking our order was rude, she started by saying HELLOOOOO even tho we were clearly speaking our order! Then she started raising her voice n said we were lying!! We are tired coming from work!!! I don’t cuss but she started pushing my buttons with that attitude, wow she was just comfortable the way she was RUDE!! Last time I bring my business here!! Never been treated this way EVER we will stick with Burger King!! The poor server apologized for her bc the rude lady didn’t add hatch green chili to our order!!

Placed the order online, arrived at the pick up time, pressed the red button, was told someone would be with me. 15 minutes later, I went to the employee door and was told we hadn't checked in which I know I had. Either way, we still had to wait. We ordered a hot fudge sundae with extra fudge, which was nonexistent, a grilled cheese sandwich, which was flat and gummy. The fries and bacon egg cheese burrito were good. Probably won't be back ;-( P.S. though the surrounding area was rather dark and uninviting, the drive-in itself looked clean and in good repair.

No public bathrooms. Family had to drive to circle k while others had to wait outside for the food. Not a good place for the long distance traveler if you want to get out and take a break. Do that somewhere else.

The only place open on Thanksgiving, We were passing through, placed a mobile order. We received our order in a timely manner, and it was freshly made. Thank you for being open on holidays ?
Ordered a double cheeseburger with pickles and a side of chili cheese Fries. Order was completely messed up. No pickles. I asked for no mayo. There was extra mayo. And they put tots instead of my chili fries. And no straw with my drink. I would not order from this place.
