Everytime I order here they NEVER make my drink correctly, maybe some training needs to be done but you can tell they don’t know their own menu because they will give you the closes drink that they can find to that and give you whatever. Personally had a bad experience every time, even if I bring a friend to order with me?
Dropped my son off at school after Christmas break. Me and my husband sat at the bar eating our sandwiches. The girl at the register was so sweet. Megan. And the manger, Tami was lightening fast and so personable. She made us feel at home and was so kind. Clean, fast, friendly. Love it and will be coming back to this store when we come to visit out son. Keep up the good work Starbucks!

We did a mobile order. We went through the drive thru and our 2 drinks were ready and made to perfection! Thank you for giving us that coffee boost on our road trip through Flagstaff!
