I give 5 stars purely out of the fact they open at 4:30 am! Know what a godsend that is for those early commutes and early flights out of Phoenix? Thanks for keeping me caffeinated on my visits and sane at odd hours! Grateful you close at 9 pm. Got back at 8:00 and could still grab a matcha lavender cream at your establishment!!!

this store goes through cycles possibly because of managers or staffing. the number of drink offerings really hurts speed of orders - this is a corporate thing not location specific.. last 6 months or so ordering from app is often slower than going in ordering at the register. if you order from the app a simple order might take 10 minutes or 25 from time of order when they are turning a brisk business. last time i was here i ran out of time after 20 minutes, tried to explain to barista, she wasnt understanding, just walked away so i left w/o my drink.also the seating is pretty bad and just no longer feels like a place i want to sit at any longer than time to get my drink.i used to go here daily when service was better

Food was good (egg white bites and toasted cheese sandwich for us), decaf good. Wait for decaf latte was way, way too long. Atmosphere was uninviting, too many people waiting for their orders, not enough employees, employee area chaotic, not enough seats. Could be managed better.

I had just finished camping in Flagstaff and could wait to stop at Starbucks for long drive back and I ordered my usual which is a venti and I received a grande with extra extra ice in a venti cup so I went back and asked if they could remake it with less ice and he was looking at me like okay I guess. I should’ve watched because HE GAVE ME BACK THE SAME EXACT COFFEE (PEELED OFF THE STICKER) and told me there’s less ice!!!! I could’ve done that!! Very very disappointed!!

I placed an order before we left on the drive to school. When we got there, the order was hot and ready.
I got a cup of coffee I have to put extra cream cause personal I can't drink it otherwise but when I asked for extra cream the girl said she had to charge me 2.95 what the hell. I've read many of the reviews and a lot of them our have the same type of service could it be the same person giving all this bad service? If so fire her or you'll lose customers if you you even care about that!

my favorite starbucks location in town! its inside the target so i can stop by once i get my shopping done, and the workers are always efficient and fast. they've already remembered my order! although, they don't have a drive-thru since theyre inside a target, so idk what that other review is talking about
