This and the Milton location are my favs, this one for mornings and Milton for evenings. Staff is excellent, well run even in the face of a rush and 1/2 the espresso heads available. Very friendly and courteous with impatient Satrbuckers who were running late to work. They have a very high rate of first time makes and are always friendly and approachable. This is the first store where I've seen more than 2x Black Aprons working the same shift, this time 4! 4 Black Aprons in one shift, unbelievable . The vibe is relaxed and the music is just right to be able to crank out some work which requires some concentration.

I've driven through Flagstaff a couple of times and really like the overall atmosphere. My Starbucks experience here, thanks to the staff in this store, solidified my wish to spend a little more time in the area. The baristas were super sweet and welcoming, not to mention quick with our order. My family were delighted with their selection of new snacks and lavender drinks. Once we got back to the car, my dogs were elated with their beautifully crafted puppuccinos. The store was clean and relaxed and the third place was really on point. At the tail end of a cross country road trip, our human and canine spirits are inspired and nurtured for yet another day. I hope the staff here gets more than a pizza party in recognition of the warm customer connections. But they should also get the pizza.

My experience at downtown Starbucks vs Rt 66. When I entered DT Starbucks I was immediately greeted and I told them I was there for pick up order and they asked the name and they brought it over to me and I was on my way. The week prior I had gone to Rt 66Starbucks and it was a bit different. I arrived at Rt 66 Starbucks and was not so quickly greeted. But when asked I told them I was there to pick up an order he pointed me to an area for pick ups. I looked and did not see my order. He then stated that they were running behind. Just about 15 mins later he saw that I was still standing there he asked what the name was for pick up I told him the name again he said something which I didn't understand and made the drinks and I left. A little confusing what happened other than it took way longer and found that 2 stores same product different quality of service.
