We used the app for the first time. Two young boys were working, seemed to be a Hispanic boy and a white boy. Both were not friendly at all. We didn't know how to order and edit the sandwich preferences. Once the sandwich was out of the oven the white boy took over for veggies and condiments. Rude, rude, rude to say the least, barley spoke in an inaudible voice. I ended up just settling for what I could get on my sandwich. My poor wife asked for a lot of salt and pepper, usually at subway you just get a tiny shake, but this guy dumped so much salt, by the time we realized what he was doing it was too late. I don't generally give poor reviews, yet this was so bad. The Caucasian/white boys needs to be fired and given a job where someone will straighten him out. 10 thumbs down for this review, will never go back and strongly suggest no one go there. This was the subway on east 89a heading out of Flagstaff.

The restaurant we went to was a little crowded, but still, we got what we ordered, exactly the way it was!!! The bowls in this specific restaurant are awesome!!!!
Went in yesterday on the way home and have been throwing up ever since. My dad and I both ate it and both got sick at the same time. Food poisoning definitely. Don't eat here.

Went in expecting some delicious sandwiches like we got the last time we ate here, although that was not the case. Took about 20 minutes, the girl making our order drenched our sandwiches in mayo and mustard, cut our sandwiches THROUGH the paper, and barely even made them look like sandwiches at all. all of the meat was in the top corner while the veggies were falling out and all over the place, the sandwiches were made sideways, and disgustingly soggy. Couldn't even finish the food we paid 25 dollars for and waited a half an hour for. disgusting, that girl needs to be retrained or something so she's not making people hate their food. thanks to her for trying, but she failed.

Walked all the way of the Arizona trail to get a sandwich. Store window said the close at 10. Google says they close at 10. It was 9:05 and it was pitch black. Thanks for making me walk an extra 4

I paid 14 dollars for a foot long veggie sub and it was really bad. Old crusty bread that was unchewable on the ends. Super bummed.
