This place is very dirty and despite there being coffee in the name there is only one coffee option. Language barrier made it difficult to order. Smells bad here and the bathrooms are unsanitary. This place is a side business to the HOT WOK option next door. The boba had too much ice and was very hard to chew.

Probably one of the worst tasting boba milk tea I have ever tried.Tastes powdery, not real milk flavor nor real tea flavor. The boba is tough too.I don’t usually leave bad reviews but here we are.You walk through the restaurant to a grocery store to order boba from another store and someone walks up and hands it to you. It’s sounds as confusing as it is.

Ordered boba here at least 3 times to give it a fair chance and each time the tapioca pearls were super hard. Poured out and drank the milk tea by itself, minus the boba.

Delicious boba drinks. We had the Three Brothers and the Thai Milk Teas. The boba was soft and chewy as it should be. The drinks were tasty. We arrived late just before closing and the signs instructed us to order at the restaurant next door, and so we exited and entered the restaurant doors. The cashier was completing an order for the market attached to the other side, but as soon as she was finished she came over to the restaurant side, took our order, and made our drinks which were ready in five minutes. Yes in these times as with other businesses the boba-restaurant-minimarket is understaffed, yet they were able to turn out a delicious product with poise and grace. I actually am looking forward already to the next visit and will also try the restaurant. All looks delicious!

Really good!! We got a honeydew milk tea and a matcha milk tea and both were delicious. I think the drinks automatically came with boba so if you don't want it, be sure to mention that. The store is also connected to an Asian market and restaurant, I enjoyed looking around while we waited for our order, which came out pretty quick. We recommend and will be back again!

Left the Bay Area to go on a road trip and was so happy to find a boba place in Flagstaff! The staff were so nice: we were greeted with a smile and polite greeting when we went inside; made me really feel at home. We explored the attached little Asian market while waiting for our drinks and they had all the good stuff: Pocky, Hello Panda, ramen, and more! The drinks were a bit heavy on the syrup ‍ but still good. The boba was a bit of a weird consistency but it looked handmade which is super cool

2 stars only due to the sweet girl taking the order. Milk tea was weird and boba was not fresh and tasteless

Got the green tea with rainbow jelly. Pretty good. Glad to have found a boba spot here.

Surprisingly pretty good for being the only real boba place in Flagstaff! Got the 3 Brothers Milk Tea, which has boba, grass jelly, and egg custard I believe. The tea itself was the right amount of sweetness, the boba itself was cooked properly (soft and chewy) — though adding a touch of honey or brown sugar when cooking wouldn’t hurt.I recommend :)

I had the Matcha Milk Tea, and it was the right amount of sweetness, and the boba was chewy and soft! Very good

The boba was ok. The service was horrid. I walked in to find two young ladies on their lab tops, did not acknowledge me as a customer. The place was empty. The only reason I went here was to TRY and support a local business. Front hostess need to be trained on how to greet customers and communicate. I likely won't be back which is unfortunate as I'm a Flagstaff local.

The actual place I think has been shut down or something and absorbed by the restaurant next door. The menu online does not reflect the actual one in store. The boba is hard and the tea tastes bad. The photos on Google do not represent the physical location or the quality of product provided

I go here all the time! it’s usually very good but the last few times there’s been a lot of undercooked boba in my drink? Guys, if you can see this,,,, please cook your boba longer...

The tea is pre-sweetened and they forgot to add boba. It was way too sweet, tasted artificial, and it was not worth over $6, unfortunately.
