What a fun place to eat! The staff is friendly and attentive. The manager welcomed our first time there with a sample of their popular sides. The food is terrific with a true Texan home-cooked feeling. We ordered the prime rib cut, which was cooked perfectly to our liking. The red chile definitely was a true Texan recipe. Green beans were so tasty. There was good country music where every once in a while the staff came out and line danced. I highly recommend the Texas Roadhouse for a wonderful Texan dining experience!

We traveled from Texas which was about an 11 hour haul. We stopped into Texas Roadhouse as soon as we got into Flagstaff. We got seated quickly and our waitress, Evie (I’m sorry if I spelt it wrong) was OVER THE TOP! She kept our drinks full and our food was hot and fresh! Thank you for making our experience great!!
The food is always delicious there the portion are good size. The hospitality is great with fine top notch customer service. I enjoy the atmosphere there with my food. FOOD FOR

Service was terrible server was more worried about socializing with a girl at a table than doing his job. Brought us the wrong drinks and just shrugged and said he will get the next round right. We finished our meals by the time our horseradish was brought out. Terrible

honestly food was great our waitress seemed great at first but then after taking our order we didn't see again until after we got our food drinks we're not re filled table was not cleared from appetizers my husbands steak came out wrong so they had to get him a new one we had to ask for his side three times and as we're getting out to go containers we ask the waitress and apparently they were still working on that chili from the time he ordered his dinner to the time we left and then when we spoke to 'one of the managers' they were no help. i was surprised with the service here wich is a shame bc everything else was great!
