Really bad. $5 cup of coffee. Had the power bowl. Chicken was not freshly cooked, it was cooked previously and reheated. Salmon also. Avocado mostly brown. Really bad. And overpriced.

I was really disappointed with the overall dining experience. There was no “Elegant”atmosphere. Tables were bare (no tablecloths) and the ambiance was similar to a diner. The food was mediocre and overpriced and overcooked. Our desserts, an apple pie and pumpkin pie were still frozen. $120 was way too much and a horrible experience.

We went here for dinner because we were staying at the adjoining hotel. The servers acted as if we were a imposition to the point where w asked a few times if they were going to be closing soon looking for a reason as to the attitude we were receiving and they all answered no. So the food actually made my family member sick and the food had no taste or flavor just salt wwwaaaaaaayyyyy too much salt. Plus it looked very old. I ordered a margarita and it was not worth the $12 (it was $10 or $12) I spent. It was about 1/2cup and almost had no taste and actually reminded me of the cheap cheap margarita mix u buy at the store. Trust me that is a better tasting margarita then what I got! So save your gut and $$$ don’t eat hereWheelchair accessibility: This is a easy place to navigate. There is a lot of space between seating so it’s easy to maneuver and you don’t feel like you will hit anything. The floors are very easy to glide on with no friction making it hard to push chair. Also there is enough room to easily move the restaurants chairs and can pull up to tables with no problem

The room is a bright, open solarium with an abundance of natural light. Both the food and drink menus are very solid. There are many local brews on tap in addition to the standard national brands. Wine list is adequate with some by the glass choices. Full bar is available. Food runs from tacos to burgers to entrees like steak, salmon, scallops. You can also order sushi from the adjoining Sakura Restaurant. Family friendly. Service welcoming and efficient. It delivers a very good meal, solid value and convenience to weary road warriors who stay here in the Doubletree.

Yikes. Bread was stale. Veggies were raw inside the omelette (yum raw onions and jalapenos). Breakfast potatoes were undercooked and firm. Pretty surprising to see every item including the toast was bad.

Probably the worst restaurant in flagstaff, if you’re staying at the hotel take the few block walk to Galaxy diner half the price and much better food and service. I’m not one for reviews but my experience was so bad I had too. First of all once sat by the host it took our table well over 20 minutes to be greeted by our server. To the point where the host had to shout across the restaurant asking if our server had been to us (which he had not). After ordering and specifically asking for our appetizers to be brought out first (because you know they are appetizers) our main course was brought first and then our appetizers about 5 minutes later. The bayou pasta was horrible tasted like milky pasta with a hint of paprika. After asking our server 3 different times for red pepper flakes and him saying each time they didn’t have any he finally brought some which didn’t help the pasta at all. Could hardly take a few bites of it. The French dip was edible but not amazing. Overall horrible service bad food and way over priced will never come again.

My family and I dined at the Wooland area in the Double Tree. Pretty much all the food was good. Our drinks were simple and decent. However, our $43 entree of "filet mignon" was unpalatable. Came out Medium rare when we ordered Medium well, so I had the chef cook it longer to medium well. It came back medium, still not getting it right. Tried eating it and it tasted like a frozen piece of grocery meat. We told the server we couldn't eat it and just wanted it sent back. They sent the manager over to ask what we didn't like about the meal and we told her. They "corrected" it be comping $20 worth of desserts, so we still wasted $23 on this filet entree mistake on their part. We were one of 3 tables sat in a 2 hour span and were having an awesome time with our server prior to this. This immediately ruined our experience. Really surprised by the decision of the manager. Certainly won't be back to this mismanaged restaurant.

Was a guest at the hotel and they didn’t answer for room service for over 45 minutes. Front desk was so helpful too — said “just come down” — ummm, excuse me? That isn’t room service. Besides, I had a dog with me, and you told me I couldn’t leave him in the room at least three times at checkin. So how exactly am I supposed to do that?

VERY disappointed! Dined in as this restuarant is the one for the Hilton DoubleTree hotel and food was ok, but when ordering it for room service was the worst. wings were dried out & over cooked, salad dressing was watered down, the apple torte had very few apples and I requested extra apples and the scoop of ice cream was not even a plastic spoon full. Dinner for 2 was which consisted of a green salad, wings and dessert which we stared still cost over $60. there are plenty of places near hotel to eat. recommend you don't waste your money here.

Over priced cafeteria food. We had both dinner and breakfast there and regretted both. Eggs this morning were over cooked. Tea lukewarm. Oatmeal not steel cut and just plain mush.

Avoid. Service is nice and friendly, hence the only stars earned. We interacted with various staff members, all of which were friendly and attentive. Obviously, the restaurant relies on a trapped hotel audience so no care or attention is given to the food. Both omelet dishes were overcooked to a rubbery texture. The breakfast burrito was bland, saved by the flavorful turkey sausage (they were out of regular sausage for the day). The Eggs Benedict were so overcooked the yolks could have been used for golf balls. The Eggs Benedict was the only dish we asked to be remade only to be told they ran out of Hollandaise sauce - during breakfast time! No wonder only four tables were seated during our Sunday morning visit. Fortunately, there is a diner right down the street, within walking distance even. Needless to say, we did not come back to the restaurant for the remainder of our stay.
