I think folks are confused about the texture of frozen yogurt. Frozen yogurt is not ice cream (you’d think this was quite obvious given the clear difference). If you’ve ever had red mango, pink berry, etc., the first thing you may notice is that it’s more icy than creamy. In fact, when I first tried Red Mango back in 2004, that’s exactly how I described it “not as heavy as ice cream, seems more ice than cream”. I prefer the lighter, icier texture of froyo. And I’m glad we finally have a shop in Flag. Right now, birthday cake with strawberries is my jam! If you’re complaining about price, consider what the rent for a shop in downtown Flag is, and then take all the seats.

We tried to come get yogurt and there was a poetry reading starring at us before we even got through the door. Frankly, we were unsure if we could still come in to get yogurt. Before we walked in, we thought we might call and double check that it was okay for us to come get yogurt thinking maybe someone in the back would be able to answer the phone. Across the street, through the window, we watch a poetry viewer decline our call. Needless to say, we did not get any frozen yogurt that night.I am all for community events and supporting fine arts such as poetry, but when you are the only frozen yogurt establishment in Flagstaff, you have to consider your broader responsibilities. I am sure the frozen yogurt would have tasted great.

The banana and Irish cream flavors were so good! The staff was super friendly and the store was very clean. Would definitely recommend and go again :-)

The consistency of the yogurt is similair to frozen milk, portion sizes were small for the large price compared to other froyo places. Would not recommend.

Visiting from out of town and we were all disappointed. The selection of toppings are basic items I could of bought from the store. $22 for 3 small bowls. Wouldn't recommend.

Quite literally the worst thing I have ever put in my mouth, reminds me of papas cupcakeria and battery acid. Didn't even buy after sampling.

Friendly staff, but not very many topping options and they have it set up a little weird. It was good otherwise!

This yogurt is amazing! I found the price reasonable since it's all priced by weight. The employee working the counter was so knowledgeable and she even let me see their funny secret "Jack blackroom". 10/10 I'll be seeing them soon since I got a loyalty card! Love me some Flagstaff Fro-yo!!! Best yogurt in town!

Horrible yogurt and the prices are outrageous. This place cannot last long. Bare bones that can only survive on unsuspecting tourists.
