I recieved tots that had liquid grease dripping out of the bottom and had to ask for fresh ones. The chicken wrap was disgusting and had wilted lettuce and it seemed the teenagers working there did not care and you could see them goofing off through the window. It seems there is no management there and I will not be returning. Also I ordered in the app and everyone that came in after me was helped first. I had to go to the window and ask one of the teens where my order was. Hopefully other resturants will come to Florence so this place does not get any more business.

Maybe more training for the kids working or more employees would help the service. Bring your own spoons and straws when ordering.

The drive-thru service is terrible. The customer service is always bad. I don't recommend eating here unless you don't mind rude service than no problem.

It took over 30 minutes to get 2 sonic blasts and a sundae. There were only 3 cars ahead of us. I doubt that we’re ever coming back.

I wish I could give them a zero! I was in the Florence area and decided to stop at the Sonic at 495 N Pinal Pkwy for a late dinner. Placed our order at 7:13pm in the drive thru, waited for what felt like forever for the food. Once we got it, we pulled into a stall to eat, then noticed we are missing our #3 combo. No one would respond to the speaker, so we flagged down an employee who said to come to the pick up window. Got there waited for what felt like another 20mins, finally Manager on duty comes to the window and says "what do you want? You can see our kitchen is backed up." I said I wanted a refund at this point all the food is cold. She asked for the food back to check it and took the food back through the window, then walked off... Almost 10mins later the original employee comes to give us $8 of our $32 total. I said no, I want a full refund, she took our cold food back into the building and idk what she may have done to it having the attitude she does. He walked away and no one ever returned for another 10 mins, so I got out of my car to confront the employee using the door to keep serving customers behind us, I asked if I needed to call the cops at this point cause we have no food and no refund, just sitting at a window being ignored. The manager comes back to the window and says her GM said we we're not getting a refund and to call corporate and file a complaint, which I have. However this is just ridiculous! I had to go to the door to demand my receipt back to have for my contact to corporate, at this time she copped an even bigger attitude and started cussing and calling names, then the whole crew wants to act like their all thugs and come at me saying "what up cuh!? What up cuh!?" Are you for real? This is how customer service is now? 16 yr olds acting a fool and getting away with it? We left at 8:08pm with no food and no refund, just a complaint issued to corporate, and probably never seeing a refund...

I had lunch there on March 26th, Around 12:30 PM. There was no rush, because it’s Florence, there’s never a rush here. I ordered on the app, couldn’t check in on the app because the location was lagging, so I checked in by pressing the red order button in the stall. The person speaking to me had an attitude—not the point but worth mentioning… I ordered five chicken strips, five mozzarella cheese sticks, and a small Turtle blast. They did not give me any dipping sauce for the chicken, they did not give me the standard dipping sauce for the mozzarella cheese sticks, they did not mix the blast for whatever reason, and they did not give me a spoon for the blast. I never have to ask for these things, as it is always in the bag, so I didn’t this time either. I spent $20 for this meal—tiny chicken strips, cheese sticks, and a small blast. I’d give them 0 stars if it was an option. I sympathize with fast food workers not having the best day ever, and therefore not having the best attitude, it’s a given. But their service was really trash this time. Not going back, it’s overpriced anyway.

Terrible service, slow and rude

Went here a couple of weeks ago and was charged 2 times for our food (almost $30).I told them the first transaction was already posted and pending in my bank account but they were extremely rude and Continued to say they still needed payment.Now I had to file a claim with my bank for the second transaction which is very annoying for a situation that should have never happened.Food was horrible and my chocolate shake was basically a vanilla and a waste of money. Poor management, and rude employees. I would take the pass!

Not sure the reason for this location but it seems to be running on short staff, as a result service time is a bit of a wait but customer service is good.

Came 30 mins before closing they saw us and another car and ran to hid and hung the phone up on me more then once then finally answered and the “registers” are down but yet they were just using them!!!!!! March 3 2024!!!! There also was 2 people inside

This incident happened a couple of weeks ago. I have tried reaching out to management staff, but unfortunately they have not reached back. It was after a Florence game we went in for a quick bite through the drive-through. It was not busy . So we order! We did not get a total, so we drove up to the window and asked the young lady to repeat the order she repeated it so fast with so many mistakes. I asked her if she can repeat it slowly, she said that she did not time and had better things to do, and slammed the window closed.. when she finally came back to get payment, I asked to speak to the manager that was on duty and he was useless. The manager on duty I believe is Josh or Jake and the young lady was Malaysia!!
